Be very careful before you join this bank
Be careful – this bank has stolen £1000 of my money – last Tuesday my balance was £15,000,on Wednesday I paid in a further £2000, balance should be £17,000- on Thursday my balance showed at £16,000 – I have been asking where the missing £1000 is for 6 days and got nowhere / Every day I am fobbed off with the excuse that somebody is looking into it! in the meantime I have had £1000 stolen from my account. They do not have proper statements that you can check to see outgoings (and incomings) – see other reviewers information on that.
Read other customers negative reviews- I am not the first person this has happened to.
Customer services are polite (however the feeling is ‘not my problem!’) they say there is nobody in authority that I can speak to – ultimately there is nobody taking responsibility for this.
Also beware – their ISA account can only be in GBP and not other currencies!

FINECO is not fit for purpose

FINECO is not fit for purpose, because it takes several hours to days to transfer money from another bank account,by then trader loses opportunities.They do not have direct debit for instantaneous trade. Still depend on old system. To open an account it took two days and confuses with a number of pins, PWs, OTPs and so on!! No interest for money in the account. Customer service not fluent In English.

A despicable company – never been treated so badly

I owned some shares in a company that was delisted from NASDAQ to OTC. The shares were sitting with a platform that would not let me sell OTC shares.I therefore spoke with Fineco in November 2020, which confirmed with me that I would be able to transfer them to a Fineco account and sell them. This seemed like a good solution, so I created an account and initiated the transfer.
Fast forward to today – 126 days later! – and I still don't have my shares.
Fineco took five months to get the shares transfer made but they are still not sitting in my name and I cannot sell them. They would never tell me why it took so long, but my previous platform (which is excellent) said that Fineco was ignoring their emails. The shares eventually left my previous platform on 19th April and they are now in the ether.
I have made 35 phone call, spending over five hours with customer service, and received no useful information. They cannot speak directly with the transfers team, so are effectively useless. They use an antiquated ticketing system, which the transfers team clearly ignores. I've sent 16 complaint emails, the first of which was sent 27 working days ago. These have all been ignored.
In summary, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid Fineco. The customer services are generally polite but clearly don't care about my challenges and the bank does not care about its customers. I have never been treated so badly in all my life and the whole experience has left me exhausted, stressed and deeply upset.
I will continue to challenge Fineco to give me my own shares. Sadly, I fear it will involve a lot more time to get what's rightfully mine. What a depressing shambles.

This bank literally open spreads like crazy as no others during news or overnight, taking your stop loss on CFD.Also drive prizes when see your stop loss near the prizes... belive me! As bank service nothing to advice... perfect!
