Have been with Firefish since 2020. The best thing is their culture their team actually want to help you. It also has a lot of functionality that otherwise you'd need a whole stack of products to do which is great for small agencies like us.

System is good links to the website/publishes jobs well. The team at Firefish are very responsive and answer queries etc very quickly. They are always updating and adding new features which is useful too. Pricing is good too. Recommended

Fantastic Staff and regular Success Reviews!
We joined Firefish approximately three years ago and we love it! The Team there are so responsive and helpful. We have regular reviews via Teams, often with Scott McFarlane. Our recent review was great! All the Team in our business joined virtually, and Scott gave some useful tips for us all to use, plus provided an update on all the upcoming additions to the system. The session was fantastic and invaluable! Thanks Scott 😊

We have been with Firefish for 6 years now and I can not fault them, they are always on hand to help and can not do enough to help! Our account manager Scott in particular is fantastic, we asked him recently to help with an Easter Egg hunt competition on our website and it was done within minutes, we have had some great engagement from it. Aiden support us with any website support and updates and he is always so helpful.

I’ve had a fantastic experience using Firefish, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Lauren Speirs has been incredible throughout. She is always quick to respond and genuinely committed to helping with any queries I’ve had. What really stood out was the level of support. I was amazed by the time and effort Lauren put in, including creating a tailored video to walk me through exactly what I needed to do. That level of personalised help was far beyond what I expected. Firefish itself is very easy to use, and the support and guidance available make it even better. Overall, a brilliant service and an excellent experience.
