FitTrack has helped me get back on track and in control of my health - obviously im not going to use EVERY metric,and each person will be different, but for me the muscle mass and hydration has been super helpful on my fitness journey, i was able to confirm that althoguh my weight was not fluctuation - i was losing fat and gaining muscle which really helped keep me motivated! Thanks Fittrack, looks like the whole family will be getting one for christmas!

Scale is okay, watch is horrible, app is terrible, shipping took forever. This company is scammy.Look at their ads and social media, they just steal other peoples posts.
It took me over a month to get my package, and when it finally arrived, after a month of runaround from customer service, the watch was missing. Finally got it weeks later, and it's so bad I sent it right back. The scale is OK, but it doesn't seem accurate. I consider myself savvy and I could barely figure out where to find things in the app.

I ordered these scales on 11th dec I received an order confirmation straight away.I wanted to know what date I would be receiving the scales as timescale said 2-3 days so I sent an email to no avail. I started to worry so I checked trust pilot and saw all the bad reviews. I felt like such an idiot for not checking the site first and felt that I had lost my money. I was so angry. Then on Monday I received a notification that my order was being dispatched and then a following 2 emails from customer services in response to my email apologising for the delay in responding and feedback on the response given. I started to get happy but due to the bad reviews on here I was still skeptical that it wouldn’t arrive and that they would use the Christmas rush as an excuse. Not at all. On Friday 18th I received confirmation from DHL that they had my package and would be delivering it Monday 21st ( today ) received signed and used. I’m so happy and depressed at my bad health stats that it showed me. Lol
I think that some of the reviews on here are linked to orders not placed directly from the company website but third party sites instead. I don’t know for sure but I ordered directly from their website and happy that I did. I would’ve given 5 stars but gave 4 for the fact that they stated that delivery would be 2-3 days, in my case it was 10 days which is acceptable for coming from Germany. Looking forward to positive health stats for 2021.

Customer support beyond frustrating. Ordered my scales weeks ago. Had some dodgy looking tracking that did not update from 11.11 and was Chinese.Contacted support, back and forth..Still no update on tracking! All you get is "We will escalate" Have asked for a refund on 5 occasions now.
This company looks very professional. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM FITTRACK!

There's me thinking I was the only one having a bad experience with these guys, but turns out there's loads of us!
Surely sending a customer the wrong product is just an isolated incident.After all, mistakes happen. Well, mistakes seem to happen all the time with Fittrack.
I bought their smart scale on November 30th after being bombarded with Facebook ads about it for months, and I eventually gave in as my wife had mentioned to me that she wanted it for Christmas, but was surprised to receive one of their watches instead a week later. I emailed them and messaged them on Facebook and did receive a relatively quick response. However, after asking me to confirm my name, email address and postal address, they asked if an address in the USA was my correct delivery information, even though I had already confirmed I lived in the UK in a previous message!
They've since sent me tracking information (via a French courier company) for my scales to be delivered, which I'm already very sceptical about, and they have offered to give me 10% off for the watch, or to send me a pre-paid label to send back. They gave me a deadline for the watch to be returned or they'll charge me - I emailed straight back, but funnily enough they've stopped replying now.
Given they're using a french courier service to deliver to me in the UK makes me wonder whether this shambolic experience still has another trick up its sleeve, and I fully expect to have a battle on my hands to stop them from charging me for this watch.
Will I ever receive the scale? Will I be forced to pay for a watch I never wanted? Will Fittrack ever master the art of e-commerce and seamless customer service?
I'm one more hiccup away from just asking for a refund and buying a smart scale from a more reputable company, but something tells me that's not going to be as easy and straight forward as it should be.
If I were you, I'd avoid Fittrack until they sort themselves out because they quite clearly either can't cope with increased demand or just have absolutely no idea what they're doing.

I guess I should have checked reviews here before purchasing. 40 days and still no scale.I keep getting the runaround from these people and I am fed up! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! This is the biggest scam I have ever seen.

I ordered from the Canadian website. They gave me a dubiously shipment tracking number but no information on how to track my shipment.They won't respond to requests through their website and their customer service phone number gets you piped music. Meanwhile, they keep sending e-mails soliciting for more business.
This company is a scam! Do not purchase their product!
Update, December 23:
After I complained, they sent a heartfelt apology for their sales exceeding their production costs, but I did receive the product in good shape.

Absolutely shocking service from this company, ordered scales that took 8 weeks to arrive,when they arrived they were clearly 2nd hand and didnt work. Tried for weeks to speak to customer service but there responses were very unprofessional and they told me i needed to pay postage and packaging to send back to Germany which i done and i haven't heard from them since. Basically robbed me of £70.
