I ordered a gift for a birthday and paid $35 to expedite shipping so that I would guarantee its arrival.I emailed the company to confirm that it would arrive in time. I was sent an email with a tracking number that said FedEx would deliver it by 8 PM. At around 6 PM I got nervous that it was not going to come… I clicked on the tracking and it was cancelled by sender??? No gift and I have to dispute the order with my credit card company!read more

Never received order for two snoods.
They tried to claim they had been delivered, then told one was sold out.Finally got refund for both but as two separate credits and had to then argue for a refund of the p&p. Finally received as yet another credit.
Customer service very poor and will never deal with this company again.read more

On June 11, 2020 I ordered facemasks. Their website said they were out of stock. They charged my card immediately anyway.In August 2020, their website said my order was in process. I never received the merchandise. The website now says my order was "fulfilled". I still have never received the merchandise. I have written five emails to their so called "customer care" site, and have never received a response. I would have called them, but you can't find a phone number anywhere, which I'm sure is by design. Do not order anything from this company.read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for Christmas and it's January 15th and still haven't received my hooded gaiter for my husband.Although, I have been charged for it on my credit card. I send numerous emails and made numerous phone calls and nobody has called me back!! I wish I read the reviews before placing my order!!! Am I the only one that noticed that for every bad review this company gets, "miraculously" a 5 Star review pops up right after. Clearly, they are rating themselves!! So much for made in the USAread more

First, told us shipping was delayed due to Covid. Called shipper and they stated they never received package only a label was printed.They got package over a week after we were told it was shipped. Lastly, we didn’t even get what we ordered. A completely Different color. Apparently when they sell out of some thing they just send you the color they want to send you rather than letting you decide if you want it or to cancel. Returning is pointless as their shipping is half the cost of the actual item. Worse experience ever. Never again. Oh they did refund 25%. Useless.read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a bobblehead for our son for Christmas and received the wrong bobblehead.I immediately contacted FOCO using the customer service email address, their only "intentional" source of contact so they remain in control, requesting they overnight the correct bobblehead. I received a response requesting a photo of what I received. I've sent the same photo on 4 separate occasions and on Facebook with no response. Christmas is two days away and we don't have the bobblehead our son asked for, nor do we have any way of receiving the $50 we paid for it. I attempted to review FOCO online via their website, but obviously this is controlled too, as my post isn't seen. I do not recommend this company, nor will I ever purchase from FOCO again. I will also not sit idly by and be ripped off and yes, my name is Karen.read more

I ordered a hooded gaiter that was shipped on 12/7 and hadn’t received it. I emailed them about it today and they promptly responded saying it was lost in transit and they are overnighting new one.I wish it had been discovered by them and rectified earlier but they definitely rose to the occasion! Very impressed!read more
