If this could be less than a 1 star it would. Customer service is horrible. I have been without a vehicle for 3 months due to an accident.All of my rental insurance has been exhausted and Ford is not willing to put me in a vehicle until the car is fixed. No it’s not their fault for the accident but it is their fault the car is not repaired due to them not producing the part that is needed to complete the repairs. They just say there is no ETA as to when they will have the part. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE a Ford because they are not customer oriented. They could care less.

We bought 2 his and hers brand new 2014 Ford focus. Month 1 transmission issues. Class action suit parts replaced in 2019 now same issues car has 67000 miles they tell me too bad.Last ford I ever buy.

We bought a Ford Ranger and within 2000 miles the vehicle was recalled three times,we ended up having all four injectors replaced which then dropped the fuel consumption and although Ford said they would look into it, after doing what they requested we have still not had any response from them or any solutions. The driveshaft is leaking and they will not fix it under warranty. Constantly chasing for response to latest problem and no one is coming back to us. The vehicle has cost an additional £30/week in fuel since new injector fitted. This vehicle has now done 7000 miles and nothing resolved.

Avoid Ford vehicles especially current model transit. I brought three brand new ones, one had 3 engine rebuilds,new clutch and gearbox which I had to pay towards, new wiring loom in its FIRST YEAR, it was off the road for nearly seven months and then it was stolen from the Ford garage in Halesowen and I had to take out a loan to top up their insurance payout to clear the finance as they gave me bottom book and nothing towards the cab contents or the plate transfer. Both of the other two have had lots of repairs too including clutch and gearbox rebuilds and DPF problems. I’ve gone to Nissan !!!

Car went in for a service, they forgot to refill the oil, ripped an undertray off instead of unscrewing it.I have had nearly 4 months of getting this sorted. Managers were unavailable constantly to speak to. Abysmal customer service and the mechanics couldn’t sort a lawn mower out never mind a car!!! Never again will o trust Ford with any of my cars. If I could have put 0 stars I would have done. Avoid at all costs

I would not recommend anyone making a purchase from JC Lewis Ford off of Abercorn; particularly,with the use of their extended warranty/car maintenance coverage. I took my Ford Explorer in and they found so many issues with it ; whereas, my extended warranty were to be used meaning I should have received a rental car. They didn't have rentals available so I had to pay for a rental out of pocket and they didn't reimburse me. About a month later, they still didn't fix my car correctly. Once again my car was bought in again and my extended warranty was used, but they didn't have a rental vehicle to provide to me. Once again I had to pay for a rental out of pocket. The excuse this time is because I rented from Budget, they cannot reimburse me. The first time I rented from Enterprise, which is the rental company they deal with, but yet instill they didn't reimburse me. I will never deal with the Ford Corporation again. The complaint was sent to management and no one ever contacted me about the two out of pocket rentals that my extended warranty was supposed to have covered.

Service and loyalty is a joke. Repeatedly had Ranger in for same problem with screen going off.Upgrades done but problem recurs. Now out of warranty real fault is found and refusing to cover cost of replacing unit. Service is abhorrent. Will never buy Ford again.
