Wonderful first time experience with this company. Had my eye on a rattan cabinet for a while,but say it wasn’t available so I contacted them. They let me know when it was coming in and let me preorder it. Their estimates were right and I received it in great condition without issue. It looks just like the picture. Very happy.

I finally got the jeanneret chairs that I’ve had my eye on for years! I ordered a set of 6 and one came damaged.I was worried after reading reviews that I’d have trouble, but they sent me a replacement pretty quickly and swapped it out with the damaged one.

Santiago lounge chair

I ordered their Santiago lounge chair. The product arrived broken. Upon inspection, the leather is extremely brittle,the buckles are made of extremely cheap metal, and the seat is so slippery it is literally impossible to sit on. I asked to return the chair since it was $1250. They tried to charge me $560 to return. Unacceptable. I've decided to repair the chair and donate it. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. Substandard products and costumer service acts like they don't want to be in business. Update: The quality of this chair is so low that it is unusable. You literally cannot sit in it due to the slippery leather. The leather is brittle and was damaged by the buckles. Additionally, the engagement pin on all six buckles arrived severely bent. The pins are made of cheap, thin gauge metal. They will fail completely and pull through the leather if the seat is used at all. In short, I spent $1250 on this chair and would not trust it to hold my child. Offering to replace it with the same chair with the same poor craftsmanship is not a solution. The slipperiness and cheap buckles problems still exist. Charging me $560 to return a product you marketed as being high quality is not a solution either. If this were an error on my behalf, like if I ordered the wrong chair, I'd pay the fee. But this a substandard and expensive chair which was sold as high quality. That is your problem. You should stand by your product, listen to your customer, refund my money, and remove the product. If you did that, I would come back and buy more. Since you won't, I'm done.
