Disclaimer: I don't own the Freedrum drumsticks and I'm using the application with Roland electronic drums. Given said that the application is awesome! I've been using it for over an year now and I can safely say that without it I would be nowhere today with the drums. The exercise and the songs that are part of them are great, and there is different styles for every taste. This is actually the only app currently that supports sheet notation, as far as I can tell, which I cannot tell how crucial is when learning drums from scratch. I've switched to note sheets on the first week and never looked back (yes, you need to understand what each note means - but come on - this is easy - they are less than 10 :-) This app got me from zero to playing drum covers that I can actually enjoy without much hassle and totally on my own schedule. You just need to be persistent. You guys, really rock! Keep up the good work. And don't forget - the support team is really friendly and always willing to help. Don't hesitate to contact them if you face any issues.

Good product and amazing customer service! I travel and move around a lot, so having a traditional drum set was never an option for me. The Freedrum set is a fantastic choice for people in situations like mine. And the customer service is outstanding! Roy and Pablo went the extra mile to help me solve all the issues I encountered :) I really appreciate the quick responses and professional approach!

I could not say more positive things about Freedrum. They have awesome products and awesome people. I use Freedrum Studio as a drum teacher with my students and they love it! It is a new way of bringing they joy of playing into music, which is perfect for this new generation. I also use the app often on my own for playing and practicing. When I ordered the Freedrum Sticks, there was a delay in getting them delivered but their costumer service is wonderful and after having conversations with multiple people at Freedrum (George, Roy, Seyran...) I can say they are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of talking to. And now that I do have my sticks I can play/practice anywhere!

I like Freedrum and I hope it gets even…
I like Freedrum and I hope it gets even better in the future. Taking into account that this is an experimental product that I supported via Indiegogo, I think it progresses well. I waited for quite a long time (more than 2 years) for it and I received my Freedrum last winter. There were some accuracy issues (still are), but they are releasing firmware upgrades and I can see it improving with each upgrade. I also had a problem with one of the sensors recently - the left pedal stopped turning on. I contacted the support and it was very good: they replied to my emails quickly, then asked me to send the device to them and sent it back, working. It took not too much time and the repair and shipment back and forth were free. So the product has some problems, but I'd expect that from the Kickstarter/Indiegogo project. And I see that they are working hard on improvements and user support, thanks for that! Hope it will get better and better until all reviews will be 5 stars.
Positive support experience
after the disappointment of my Freedrums failing following an update, the process of repairing/replacing the kit was conducted very professionally. Initial contact to report the failure had a slowish response but once the decision was made to repair/replace the communication was excellent and the agent dealing with the issue managed the situation very well
