Apalling con. Beware if you have funds in your account with these people make sure you withdraw.You will be charged 'inactivity fees'. We had a balance of over £400 and over 3 years of no use they quietly whittled away monthly fees called 'dormant fees' with no notifications. I was going to use them again but not after this experience. Also make sure you cancel any cards or DD as they will try to pilfer your accounts also.
