I called in about an hour ago and had to ask for a supervisor and waited 7 minutes for someone to come on.Her name was Ericka anc she was more receptive to resolving my issues. But I’m still having issues. I’m looking at Spectrum. Sooo frustrated!!!

For the record, I have no idea if Frontier bots are a thing. Maybe, maybe not.
But I am genuinely happy to see this company has just about as many stars as they deserve on this site.Years ago, Frontier service used to be complete garbage. ABSURD latency at peak gaming hours which made a 12 year old me angrier than a bear poked with a stick. Then it got better but the tradeoff was that it would randomly go out and one time we lost internet for NO reason for a week, on top of it randomly going out every once in a while. Then they decided to upgrade our lines (or something who cares) and it was good. Until now, where for the past 2 months I have had to constantly worry about the internet service just vanishing without a trace whenever I'm doing anything. Why? No reason. It just does as it's digital little heard desires. Jesus Christ, this service sucks.

It's honestly a joke. At least once every day the internet goes out. Support is next to worthless.We're happily switching to a new isp. Frontier isn't worth the headache even with the savings.

I have had nothing but issue and issue with internet service from Frontier. I do not feel like a valued customer and I am being charged for service that does not work.I am very very upset about this situation because I can not workout from home with a stable connection. I am tired of hearing this is a router issues. We are on our 3rd Router in 2 years. We have purchase and extender and that has not resolved the situation. This is a ongoing nightmare.

I have had Frontier longer than I can remember,(clear back when it was Centel and Vista too)the bigger they got, the worse they got. Internet was decent (dsl), but they have decreased their manpower, we had an area wide internet crash (again), took them two days to show up at the phone office here in town to fix. When you call in, its off a scrip, they don't listen. Horrible customer service.
I dropped my personal account with them, I have had enough, the business account is in question right now

I cancelled my landline account with Frontier and
ported the number. I told them I wanted to keep
my really bad internet.After a couple of days my
internet stopped working, so I called them. They told
me that they didn't sell that really slow internet anymore and that since I cancelled my landline I could no longer get the internet. I live in WV with
few options so I guess I'm stuck with a hotspot.

WORST COMPANY EVER...
If I could give them a NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD!!
NO service since August 2020 stormbut in March 2021 tells me I owe them $300 and claims that NO repair tickets were made the THREE times I called!!
After issuing what they consider "credits" they still want me to pay them $130 plus for NO SERVICE...FU..FRONTIER..YOU SUCK!!
I will MAKE it my PRIORITY to tell EVERY person I see NOT TO USE FRONTIER---EVER
