I was widowed 3 years ago and have no one to travel with so I booked the G adventures Costa Rica quest.I was very nervous about it but It was the best decision I ever made. Our tour guide, Aryeri Herrera was the most organized, friendliest, knowledgeable and fabulous person I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet. She arranged all the tours, the pick ups, restaurants and handled any change of plans, with such ease and grace, nothing was ever a problem!
The activities were so much fun. The group got along so well. I learned so much about Costa Rica and I can’t wait to return. I also will be looking at G Adventures for my next solo trip as well.

The people helping out were the best...seemed very sincere about assisting and it was a good experiencebooking the trip- even though there is some current uncertainty about whether it'll be an option considering the situation.
The only challenge was the wait time on the phone- it was very long but worth the wait and understandable considering i called on a weekend/ adjusted staffing levels and everyone is looking into travel i guess....

It was hard to get a call or email back, I had to try multiple times, but once I did talk to someone they were extremely friendly and personable.They did not try and sell me, they were genuinely interested in answering allllll of my questions and making sure I was very comfortable before I booked. Also - there was problems with the website taking my credit card (I use this card for all of my travel booking so I know it was not blocked by my company). So it took me a couple of days to actual secure my booking. I'm super excited to see how this trip goes. Thank you -

I had booked a tour of Jordan with G Adventures for March 2020 which, along with so much else,was cancelled due to the pandemic. G Adventures immediately advised me that I had been given a credit for the full amount I paid. At first, the credit was valid for a year. However, when it became clear in mid-2020 that international travel would not be feasible for some time to come, G Adventures took the initiative, without my asking, to extend the credit for an additional year. Now, finally, I have felt confident enough about international travel that I have booked the same tour of Jordan for November 2021. The rebooking process could not have been better. There were some small 'hiccups' along the way, but the agents at G Adventures were admirably responsive and helpful, and everything has been worked out to my full satisfaction. G Adventures could not have provided better service. There is no doubt I will use G Adventures for future travel.

I have used GAdventures once before on a trip to Norway. The booking, staff, and accommodations were all above expectation.I understand they may be super busy, but I have been trying to call about an upcoming trip in October but have not been able to get through to them. I’m sure once I am able to speak with someone they will be very accommodating.
