At best I’m not happy with family law and the people associated with the broken family law system,I’ve had various lawyers over the past 4 years, from my experience the past lawyers from different firms would only be checking there watches and billing you for every minute and making you pay in advance a stupid amount of money before even starting, also charging you for every email you inform them to make your matter more clear, when I agreed for Genuine Legal to represent me, they where by far more focused on getting the outcome for the client in a quick manner, , Genuine legals expertise was far more superior than what I seen before, I wish I reallly had knew of them when I started this miserable broken family law as I would of hired them from the start. I’m sure if I had of had them from the start, my situation would be far better off than what it is now. I strongly recommend them, the app they use to communicate with you is awesome and great idea, however a tutorial on how to use app would be a plus for new comers, took me a bit to navigate the full potential of the app, but a great realistic way to move forward in this modern word.

used these lawyers spent thousands of dollars and they did nothing lost my case court day heraring atten in morn didnt here from them until 7 at night paid for a recovery order .didnt happen waste of time and money should be illegal what they do .lost my daughter to a drug fkjd junky who was givin my child alcohol and drugs total discrace never use these lawyers

I can’t fault Genuine Legal. Extremely efficient, professional and cost effective.I have retained dozens of solicitors in my time and would recommend Genuine Legal to everyone. Principal and Owner, Evgeny is hands on and genuinely cares about his clients and fights for them as does his Family Law specialist solicitor, Victoria Eastwood.

I have been with Genuine Legal since the beginning of the year. I felt my solicitor wasn't working hard enough after the first court hearing.(I actually went and seen another solicitor to see if they would have handle things differently). I let the negative reviews affect my opinion. I spoke to my solicitor regarding my concerns and seeing her in court yesterday has restored my faith in how happy I am she is handling my matters. Only time will tell how this works out but for now I am very happy with Victoria Eastwood.
