To create something outstanding we sometimes need to break with tradition and common thinking. GEOX was born thanks to an unconventional idea of Mario Moretti Polegato, who cut holes in his rubber-soled shoes with a Swiss Army knife to relieve his overheated feet when walking through the Nevada desert. This brilliant idea was improved, tested and patented, but the idea of the "shoe that breathes" was not backed by footwear producers. Instead of abandoning his idea, Polegato founded an independent company in the 1990s. In a few years, it became leader in Italy and one of the major world companies in the lifestyle-casual footwear market. Today, as an international group that has registered over 60 patents, GEOX produces footwear, clothing and accessories. The wide range of Geox products, intended to meet the needs of the entire family, matches a strong technological content based on wellbeing and comfort, with contemporary style. The School kids boy shoes Savage, good protection top and sides, But the bottom has holes, which water penetrates, socks get wet, and is really unsafe if the children step on spikes or nails.

I will join the group of many others and add my very similar comment on customer services and therefund process - i returned the shoes at the beginning of April and mid May still waiting for a refund. I keep chasing customer service for it but getting very general emails such as they are waiting for the courier to deliver it to the warehouse. So Geox' issue with a courier seems to be customers' problem which is not right. VERY disappointing service! This really puts me off from buying Geox products in the future.

Absolulety riddiculus customer service. Send shoes back for a refund as were too big, that was on 12th of March!!!!!!Contacted them seeing that my parcel was stuck in England for over a month and they keep saying that they will contact UPS and I have to wait for the parcel to arrive in their warehouse in order to receive my refund. This is utterly bull**** and I cannot stress how bad the company is!
Safe yourself a stressful situation and go TKmaxx, they have Geox shoes much more cheaper!

This must be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I returned a pair of shoes on 24th March and we are now at the 29th April and I still do not have a refund.Then they get you to do their work of phoning UPS one and a half hours of my time and phone costs. Eventually UPS took control and sorted it all out hopefully. When I'm getting this refund I do not know I have sent email upon email and no joy. Take my advice and go elsewhere for your shoes as they do not take responsibility for anything!!

I purchased two pairs of the same shoes in different sizes and selected the best fit and then returned the ones that didn't fit.I didn't have to pay for the return postage and the refund came on time.....no complaints. Also I relay like the new shoes.
I only wrote this review because I had seen so many bad reviews and I was expecting a problem, but everything went smoothly. Personally I found they gave good service.

Geox delivered some trainers which were not suitable. I went online to request a return. No reply.I tried again, no reply. I looked online for reviews and I was shocked to see the excruciatingly bad customer support. I recently noticed they had an Instagram account. I write a comment and someone replied saying they would help. I’ve written several messages, sent photos etc and they still refuse to accept a return as it wasn’t within 14 days. Wow! They didn’t respond due to their appallingly bad customer care. DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS.
