I have read alot of negative reviews so I was reluctant to try this app but did it anyway. I was very impressed,I paid £5.14 for a shop that contained meats, chicken, fruit, veg and cereals. Great value for money with the spend £20.00 receive £15.00 off voucher. Received the order within 15mins.

Worst customer care and online Business ever!!
Today One of my friends ordered some snacks to eat as we were at work today!When the driver arrived he refused to give the shopping as she was not at home and was at work!!!! How stupid! The funny thing was it’s the girls 3rd order. The 1st two orders were ok to bring to work place but the 3rd time, their company policy kicked in. The driver was with us, was happy to wait whist we were talking on the phone to their company.
The snacks were paid for and they made such a big song and dance about their policy crap. They did not give us the snack even fo it was paid for nor did the refund came into my ftiend account.
Asked the girl on the phone for her details for putting in a report she refused to give any details and closed the phone. This is how professional these people are!! Well disappointed glad I didn’t download their app!!
Pls AVOID this Micky Mouse company for your own sake!!!!

When comparing prices to deliveroo great as they got a warehouse i believe and cut the middlemen myproblem is the app said to heavy for the driver I had to take items out like bread and lettuce replaced with redbulls and coke so technically heavier and it was ok I wast bothered as I spend 16 pounds and 15 pounds was given (to sell my data) now I can stay awake for days with the caffeine overdose. Oh and it came under 10 mins amazing for time and price but need to improve technical hitches about weight and selection of products but great idea of cutting the middlemen like deliveroo uber eats I find the products are double with those companies

This is a scam. They give you a £15 off voucher to use but once you put your order through,they cancel for no reason at all and then that's your £15 off voucher "used". So basically you didn't get any voucher at all! In fact, any voucher you try to use is cancelled by them and then it counts as you using up your voucher. Items are OVERPRICED. You can go into a store or order from the store's online grocery website and find a wider selection of products that are both better in quality and price than what you see on Getir. Avoid this app at all costs.

Absolutely blown away at how efficient this company is, very good selection of food and snacks and home essentials,fast delivery, no issues with the app at all, I will definitely be using this again to place more orders and amazingly the promo for £15 off was so generous! I got a lot off my order which was so handy, thank you so much!

They promised a promotion I had to make an account and create the basket with 19 pound spend 15 offwhile I go to the basket and I press buy it says too heavy if I can change item and that s what I did wasted other 20 mins find items when I go to promotion was changed and they expect me to spend 26 to get same promotion. I called them and they could not help.
I wasted one hour and they have my details. I cannot delete my account through a button so I have to waste time and follow up with their email.
Waste of time. Price are unrealistically high
