I received it in my monthly subscription and it began lovely. I gave it two stars because at least it worked for about 4 months.It (the liner) completely dried up, in the bottle, after 4 months of use. So much liquid was left (nothing but clumps came out). At that price point I was going to rebuy at market value. I would have been pissed.

The felt tip liner arrived 2 months after my order and was completely dry and unusable.No matter how long I shook it and open/closed it. Even when dipped in water there was barely any black coming.
Extremely disappointed for 40$, I was so excited to try it...
I contacted them and haven't gotten any answer since February :(

I ordered more than $100US worth, only for it to never arrive. When I asked them about it,they said the package was returned to them. If I didn't reach out to them, they didn't even bother contacting me. They said they would refund the money to me, but they never did. I emailed again but they said they already refunded (which they didn't). Be careful everyone!

My order was $104. The tracking had not updated for 2 weeks and when I asked them,they said they THINK the order was lost. I was able to file for a refund, but they still charged me $2.55 for Route (the "safe shipping" partner they work with). So they still took my money for nothing in the end. Likely how they're actually making money. They deliver nothing but still get a percentage of the $2.55 made from Route.

Love Livin lashes. The lashes really enhance the eyes. I love wearing them. The only downside is you need several coats of the felt tip liner to make the lashes stick for the whole day.Overall, great products!

Eye liner sucks! Packages get lost!

My friend and I were so excited to try this when we kept seeing ads for it. Both our packages went missing.We live in different cities. When she contacted Glamnetic they were not helpful and told her to go ask neighbors if they received a package. Kinda unsafe to do during covid. Me on the other hand, they shipped out a new package to me. She did finally receive hers too after a lot of back and forth with customer service but sold all her glamnetic as she hated it. I loved the lashes but man does the liner suck. And at $50 a pop its totally unreasonable. It dries up very fast. Is really tacky. Just overall sucks. Some my my lashes had a lot of falling. Wish they would either fix the formula or at least make it cheaper which would reflect quality. Oh and be careful about some of these reviews. Glamnetic has asked their members to leave reviews in exchange to be entered into a contest!!!

I did a product review I don’t normally do these things
love the beautiful lashes good style selection,love that the liner and lashes don’t pull out my real lashes which I have tried two other companies had bad experience plus the lashes are released easily if needed to readjust the anchors help lifting ! Which is great addition
the only thing that is a issue is that both liners pen and liquid... even after a good drying time they are still tacky and transfer to the lid through the wear time it is hard to get off the lid touch ups and reapplication few different times upon 6-8 hr wear times thanks
