Please don't believe what you are reading in google as they can delete the bad ones. Be really, really careful whether you wanted to buy from Glasprofi24. I ordered 2 different glasses with this company with the full price back in March however up to now they still cannot deliver the full articles. They are sending one by one the items which further delayed the project. I have called them several times but the calls always goes to their recording voice systems. The worst thing is that they don't even call you back. You are lucky if they would call you only after you left 4 voice messages in one day. I sent them a ticket but they are just saying that they have done their part and they cannot do anything about it. What a customer service! It has been 5 months and some items are still not completed. I am sure, they would delete this comment once again to clean their reputation.
