Password issues. It is impossible to get ANY HELP, they send useless links that put you in a loop.I have sent numerous requests for help and still can not reset password or get any real (REAL)HELP!!!! Not sure what kind of clowns run this useless tech support Stick with Yahoo and Gmajl

I have had a problem getting this program up and running. It wasn't due to your program,but appears at this point to be my Microsoft Office 365. I'm sure that once all of the bug have been worked out, I will be giving a five star rating to your program. Please allow me a couple of months and then send me a new survey. I am going to get my Geek Squad to work on my computers and when it is fully installed I would definitely like to submit a review again.

This company is not trust worthy. Their platform seems okay, then you sign up for a email.After awhile they lock you out and continue to send you bot repeat messages. It’s impossible to get back in your email. I have lost a lot of stored art in my account and important emails. Because these scumbags won’t let me back in. I notice since the left and DS have been trying to take over the world every company now sucks. This world is going down the tubes fast in everything. Such a shame

Great service, less of a pain than Gmail and extra email addresses so that newsletters and other interests can be signed up for safe in the knowledge that if these are shared with other companies,the extra addresses can be removed..

Great alternative to Google. They have cloud storage (like Google Drive), automatic back-up of photos,contacts, and the like from your phone, and a streamlined, simple app. I know it's hard because of Google, but give it a try! You'll like it.

Suddenly Blocked!!!

Like others reviewers below, GMX have suddenly blocked my account for no apparent reason. Furthermore,they are not willing to give the reason why and there is no route to appeal. Fortunately, I have my old e-mails offline via an email client. So, despite their unreasonable behaviour I can transfer them to a new email account (not gmx!). Obviously any new emails will remain on their server somewhere! Should you still choose to use this free service, please do not use it for anything that may be important to you. You have been warned!

Disgraceful company. Like many negative reviews popping up for this company, they have blocked my account for absolutely no reason,with no accountability and no interest in addressing whatever they think the issue is. I can't imagine it's anything I've done -- I have very few emails and they're notably uninteresting!

GMX have just blocked my email for absolutely no reason. When I queried them, they said I would get a response later from another department.The other department just said the "abuse department" has decided to block my email, but they did not say anything about the reasons. The "abuse department" has not said anything even days later. At this point, I have no intention to continue using their service, but it would have been nice to get access, so that I can at least change my email address for all online services that I use, as some of them sends a verification email to the old address (which of course I cannot access any more). So shortly, even though I only used my email to keep contact with companies (e.g. service providers, accountant, etc.), they have blocked my email without any warning and never even explained why. I would never suggest anyone using their services!
