The five stars are only for Lucas,Senior in technical team. He was the only person able to help me while his colleague Max from Referencing team was rude,completely unhelpful and I had to insist to be transferred to another team. Overall my impression about Goodlord is a bad one as they do lot of mistakes,they are not helpful at all. After giving all my personal details they said all my details are false which definitely is not true otherwise I wouldn't be able to leave in this country for 10 years,work and have documents issued by HMRC ...so they marked me on the national database with fraude and because of them i was facing many problems. It was a nightmare to contact Goodlord that chat bot is rubbish you should invest more in human help and definitely get people smart and trained like Lucas.
