No record of my order even though it shows on my PayPal. Customer service is awful getting passedfrom one team to another. Currently estimating it might be resolved within 5 days after i ordered. Looks like their website doesn’t work properly looking at all the reviews of missing orders! Don’t bother order from Amazon if you have to.

It seems that if a company wants to trash its reputation they need to look no further than GoPro.If you order from them you expect a delivery to actually happen. Instead my order didnt even leave Holland and has been returned by UPS. Sending me details of a delivery i wait in all day for , only for it not to arrive. They are still advertising a product they are simply unable to ship to customers taking money fraudulently. I am glad i bought the product through credit so i can get my money back that way. Even if i got my item , how could i trust them if it went wrong? Totally shameful.

Needs to be a zero. The shady and illegal tactics GoPro are using are well documented at this stage.Buyer beware. Basically, if you purchase a camera bundle then you never qualify for any of the special offers or discounts they offer when you login. The small print says "new subscriber only" but they don't tell you that and the price sneakily changes when you get to the payment page. Lots of threads on the GoPro support forums complaining about it. And, just for good measure, it takes 3 weeks to process a refund and some customers have been waiting nearly a year to get their refund after being missold devices and special offers. A complete trash company trying to trick money out of their customers. Will never buy a GoPro product again.

If I could give zero I would, order placed In feb despatched ok but parcel never received,ups “Lost” the parcel! In discussions with customer service it was due to me changing the address at ups all I did was add the company name where product was to be delivered, Countless phone calls with ups (who are even worse) on and go pro all I was notified of it is currently under investigation, eventually raised a despute with my credit card company, but I am still in despute with GoPro due to the non Refund of subscription, a subscription that I can’t use as I don’t even have a product! customer service started ok but is now shocking, can’t speak to management or supervisors written complaint raised and not even acknowledged. Wouldn’t ever recommend again!

I purchased a Gopro Hero Black a couple of weeks ago of which was part of a bundle from the website.order number MP-04711357. extremely happy with the product and prompt delivery, however! the bundle is very misleading as it states (with 1-year subscription to GoPro1) The bundle was for £318.46 including taxes but I have been charged an extra £49.99 for the subscription to Gopro so total is actually £368.45. I have spoken to 2 people from the customer care team, the first hung up on me and the second was more understanding but both deny that the bundle on the website is completely misleading. I have 2 options, I either send the whole lot back or, keep the subscription but then pay for all the discounts I have had so would be much more expensive. leaving feedback is all I can do to complain but I would make anyone aware that whatever bundle you buy, you are going to be paying an extra £49.99 without being told anywhere beforehand! Bad part on Gopro!
