We are concerned that the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) cannot reveal if their examinershave been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Test candidates must have the right to ask DVSA examiners if they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and be able to terminate driving tests (without penalty) if this has not occurred.

"Driving test pupils right to take test with examiner vaccinated for Covid-19
Pupils taking a driving test must have the right to take their test with a DVSA examiner who has been vaccinated for Covid-19. The risk of contracting Covid-19 is higher in a car with a confined space of approx. 30cm between pupils & examiners, especially for those with underlying health conditions.
The Government must give driving test pupils the right to take test with an examiner vaccinated for Covid-19. Not to do so is reckless & putting pupils & their families at risk. Currently Driving and Vehicles Standards Agency examiners are not required to be vaccinated against Covid-19. None of us know what the outcome of Covid-19 will be and these issues need to be addressed now not when it is too late".

Absolutely rubbish, lost my national insurance letter and needed it quickly for a job.Tried to get it online so I could print it off and kept asking me for a Northern Ireland driving license? Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. 1 can’t drive. 2. I live in England ? Now I’m having a mental breakdown thanks a lot.

Worst experience of my life
I’ve been trying to apply for probate of my late mother’s house (my family home)since November 2020 it’s now May 2021 and after emailing , calling , sending forms , the matter still isn’t resolved , it’s been an absolute nightmare and I’ve been passed from pillar to post by different people telling me different things and being no help at all , I’m disgusted at the way I’ve been treated. They are disgraceful, insincere, and thoughtless towards people going through hard times.

Tried to get on my old gov.uk account but I’ve changed my phone number since I last used it.So I had to go through security questions for them to recognise me...which is fair enough. I have to click on 2 out of 3 options for them to check. Options are:-
A passport
Credit check
Northern Ireland driving license (asking for you to enter license numbers which has 8 numbers).
Because I don’t have a passport it is impossible for me to get through the checking process as I have a uk provisional driving license WHICH DOES NOT HAVE 8 NUMBERS. I don’t live in Northern Ireland for god sake! Why the hell are the government asking for a Northern Ireland driving license for people who live in England?! This, in effect, is discriminatory, because I don’t have a passport...so I cannot retrieve my account! Absolutely disgusting!
So I phoned the helpline and this guy talked me through doing it another way, where I had to verify my ID through the post office. I gave my debit card details and when I put the details in it wanted information of my other accounts as well...sod that! They aren’t having all my accounts! No way did it feel right giving them all my debit card numbers that I possess! So I cancelled the verification request. All I can say to people is be careful about using this process because it looked fishy!!!!

Everyone received a census form for 2021 with a threat of a fine if not completed - what a joke,several people I know of completed the form online, gained a confirmation and one week later receive letters stating we didn't respond, please fill in again with a different access code! This obviously happening to a majority of people completing the form as on ringing the freephone number there is a message from Wales please ignore if you've completed the form. A lot of elderly who've completed the form wouldn't think of ringing meaning Office for National Statistics are receiving a lot of duplicates. Obviously these incompetents are 'working' from home and don't know what they're doing much like all other Government Departments wasting Tax Payers money.
