Fast, but not a lot of storage

Greengeeks servers are very fast, their staff are helpful, however their Data allotments for VPS are way too small.I had to upgrade to the 75GB middle plan just so we could maintain email accounts without having to delete too many old emails. Their storage should be much higher so we can literally have 4 email addresses and enough room to backup our simple website for that kind of price.

They do not tell you that the price increases after the first pay period. They will up the price without tell you!Also, the hosting will be in maintenance without warning. Also, they will not refund you. All the reviews regarding them and false/wrong/no refunds are true. Stay away. *Edit* The reply from Green Geeks is false. Here is a copy of the email I sent to their customer service from Robert J stating the reply is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Do not trust this company. Here is the email response from their CS team: Tyler, Refunds do not apply to service renewals as explained in my previous reply. Refunds are only applicable for the first 30 days of your GreenGeeks account. Could you please clarify which agent told you that refunds apply to renewals? Was this in a phone call or live chat session perhaps? It's never been our policy to refund account renewals. This is confirmed in the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up, as well as in our Support Knowledgebase. I will provide the relevant links and excerpts below for your reference. GreenGeeks Terms of Service: [links are not allowed for Trustpilot in reviews so I have removed] Renewals The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to the start date of the clients' service with GreenGeeks, and does not apply to renewals of service. GreenGeeks Support Article: [links are not allowed for Trustpilot in reviews so I have removed] "You can cancel your account at any time. However, the money back guarantee is only available within the first 30 days of your Green Geeks account. Quarterly, one, two, and three-year accounts that are beyond the 30 day trial period are not eligible for a refund." That being said, since your GreenGeeks account is much older than 30 days, the money back guarantee does not apply. As such, should you wish to cancel your account at this time or in the future, all funds would be immediately forfeited.
