they will say this when they ban you

send us your phone number on your Grindr
when they banned me i gave them this

i said yes i gave you what you asked for but
NOT my phone number as that is private and there is no need for you to have my number

Grindr reserves the Right to suspend your account at any time and for no reason
me you haven't proven what i did wrong and your trying to get me to send all the info you want
they said this 'we're sorry to let you go'
in January 2021 Grindr was fined $ 10 million US
for sharing uses personal and private info with their

Im a long time user of grindr...always the free app(cant afford Xtra)and i havent had any issues.Metalot of friends using the app.The other day my phone was misplaced ..long story short my credit card was uzed to subscribe to numerous apps including grindr.I emailed Support(Ann)and withing 10 minutes my issue was solved.Thanks again Ann in support

Generally it’s impossible to keep an account from getting arbitrarily banned without reason on Grindr.And I am always upset that I count on Grindr to be fair and openhanded in transactions which it never is.
I’ll be giving bad reviews and not using Grindr for a while as I feel it keeps taking my money and then almost immediately banning me, and without an explanation or valid reason. I love the app but the cancel culture of Grindr and it’s obfuscation around reasoning for cancellation is extreme and ridiculous. You do yourselves a major disservice in the refusal to communicate and allow your customers to understand why they are getting banned. A very unjust and irritating protocol to adhere to.

Falsely accused and now being ignored

Firstly i have used them for 8 years and had my issues
First issues they took money from my accountwithout my knowledge or consent claiming i signed up for new membership eventually i received a refund and contacted my bank to block any further transactions
Second in November 2020 i was banned and despite several emails to request why i was banned 3 weeks later this was due to Harassment and bullying which i was disgusted by such a vile and malicious accusations.
I spent the next month demanding evidence to which they provided me nothing as it turns out i received an email suggesting they was wrong to ban me and offered 3 months free membership.
Turns out i could not log in and eventually learnt my account is active but my handset is blocked forcing me to purchase another phone just to access my account.
They claim the issue with handset is with phone provider(it is not) and claimed i used 1 month free membership(they have not provided me with any and i was promised 3 months free)
In the end i made a escalated complaint suggesting they are vile for accusing me of such an awful lie and want to take this further.
Now they stopped replying
Honestly its bad enough putting up with con artists on the site and all the catfish not to mention the discrimination faced but to be accused of something awful is terrible and does wonders for my mental health of course (i was being sarcastic)
i want take my complaint further how can i achieve this please respond and advise

Grindr has the worst customer support
i got better support on EBAY then Grindr
Grindr will ban youif anyone makes any report
True/False against you and they won't hear you out
or listen to your side of the story
when you try to speak up they shut you down and say you breached " COMMUNITY GUIDELINES "
they won't provide any supporting evidence
so anyone can report you for no reason at all and Grindr bans you on a True or False reason then says you breached Guidelines without any evidence
Grindr says we take reports " very seriously "
but they don't report it to police
for a company that says we take reports seriously
but doesn't report it to police or the Authorities
so someone can hide behind a computer screen and say you abused them and Grindr Just Bans you
so you don't report this abuse to police or the Law the proper Authority but you say it behind a computer screen
this is what it's going to look like it court
you say this guy abused you on Grindr but you did't report it to police or file a police report
but you said it behind a computer screen
other guy Grindr failed to provide supporting evidence when asked for a copy of this abuse they said they won't provide me with any
when Questioned Grindr support if they actually saw this abuse with their own eyes yes or no answer they failed to answer it then said i breached 'Guidelines'

as many others Grindr has the worst customer support terrible appalling
Grindr will ban youraccount and Just take someones word for it
Grindr will ban you if anyone makes any report about you True or false they won't listen to your side of the story or hear what you have to say
there is 2 sides to every story Grindr hears a few words from someone and they Just ban you
how would you like to be falsely accused of something you didn't do then told you couldn't tell your side of the story & NO proof of what you were accused of doing would be provided
the Law says it's a criminal offence by law to falsely accuse someone of a crime which they didn't do
if you are found Guilty of falsely accusing someone you can be sued for 'defamation of character'
it can lead to a fine or 5 years imprisonment
if you are found Guilty by a court
