Recently ordered my first Groove Life Products. I ordered a belt and then as an afterthought on the same order,a ring. I received my shipment one week after placing my order and the only thing in the package was the ring along with a packing slip that listed both products. To the credit of Groove Life, they responded the same day to my inquiry and are shipping the missing item. With that said, it is frustrating to have to wait yet another week for the only item I was interested in. The second shipment should have been expedited. Perhaps I'm just spoiled with the quick shipping experiences I've had with other vendors.

I recently bought my first tye dyed ring and I LOVE IT!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The same night I ordered it but later,they were offering a BOGO or 2 for $33.00 or something like that, and I sent an email and said I wish I would’ve known that when I ordered. They got right bk w me and said they were happy to honor it n to let them know which other one I wanted. I’ve emailed a few times and they have THE best customer service!!! They got bk w me every time immediately!!! I so appreciate that!! I will def b ordering again! GROOVE ROCKS!????????????????❤️?????

So this company is just amazing, we have bought custom rings from them as well and the Zeus rings and I ordered the wrong size custom ring.They without hesitation exchanged it for a different ring and waived my up charge out of kindness. They’re customer service was so helpful and polite. Definitely recommend Groovelife. Such a great company

I love the product!
They have excellent quality and superior customer service!!.We have previously purchased several competitors rings that end up ripping or falling of as we were wearing them due to our careers. We were continually slicing the silicone.
GrooveLife rings are made of great sturdy quality that hasn't caused slicing or falling off for us like we us to experience in other competitors rings.
I ordered a size too big, and their customer service has been great to deal with, very responsive, and helpful!!
