One of the worst companies out there

One of the worst companies out there. We had a business account with them to purchase Bibles for our retail store.Quit doing business with them after they tried to double charge us on 3 different orders. Then they "lost" our checks and demanded we pay them again. Now they are trying to fine us for being "late" on a payment that they lost and we tried to correct innumerable times by phone and email which they refused to answer. They are nothing but criminals and goons, and I wish nothing but the worst on anyone who could be low enough scum to work for bottom feeders like Harper Collins. We will sue for harassment, if they don't stop sending bills. They will never get another penny out of us.

Ordered a copy of the anniversary edition of Lord of the Rings. It was very poorly packaged and had received significant damage in transit.They refused to accept any responsibility and refused to replace the book. They only offered a refund if I returned the book at my own expense.

Harper Collins are reputed as the Number One publishing company in the USA. Several years ago I had the privilege and pleasure of working for the Vice President of Advertising.I was responsible for scheduling meetings with top authors such as Tiger Woods, Stephen King and James Patterson just to name a few. One might say the dream job for those with a passion for publishing. Harper is very selective about whom they hire and with whom they do business. I learned a great deal about publishing while working there. Subsequently, I published my own cookbook and have been writing/publishing online ever since. When Harper Collins accepts and approves your manuscript, consider yourself on the Dean's List of Publications. Today, Harper Collins continues to stand strong and alone in the world of publishing. Psst! I actually started as a short-term temp and was assigned to Harper Collins Advertising for four weeks. After I completed my gig, I was on another assignment when I learned Harper's Vice President of Advertising wanted to offer me a permanent position. I was thrilled and blessed.

HarperCollins have an really bad costume service. I talked with 3 lady’s over the phone and all the three was so rude with me.Don’t sign anything from them if you don’t wanna have problems in the future calling their awful customer service. They charged me for a subscription that I didn’t authorized and when I called asking for refund I had I really hard time with them on the phone. It’s already been more then a month and I didn’t received the refund yet. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was rude in every word and they don’t care about you. Just an advice
