TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE

Sadly, you have fallen short of 5* service. I am quite upset about how I have been treated.My parcel was not delivered, however Harvey Nichols stated that it was and said they needed to investigate this with the courier. Make no mistake, I am more than happy with this, however what I wasnt happy about was the fact I was made to feel like it was my issue, that I had done something wrong, that the item was delivered and I was not being honest.. this is what was insinuated. I have been a customer to Harvey Nichols for many many years and am a reward card holder and do not expect to be made to feel this way. What added insult was I was told 7 days later the courier still had not come back to HNs to be told I had to yet wait again, however this time I was told how long for they did not know. I had to at this point ask to speak to a manager and yes you have guessed it no one was free to discuss this with me! I finally kicked up such a fuss (in the process causing myself undue stress and upset) and my items were finally resent! The service I received was disgraceful! It left me feeling upset, stressed out and like I was being dishonest. I finally received my products. But then I receive an email from HN to say their investigation is concluded and the courier never came back to them (over a month later) and how would I like my refund.. I emailed them back explaining I finally got my products, gave feedback on the service and if they were to refund me thats lovely. Surprise surprise.. I then received another email to say you've already had your products and you wont be getting a refund too.. thats all well and good but basically you have just stated I was getting a refund .. another flaw in the service received, HNs then move on to snub how them individuals that managed my complaint initially made me feel! I am not sure I will buy from Harvey Nichols again. Why should a 5* outfit make me feel inferior!

Got sent the wrong product. Sent it back and 2 weeks later no refund! Called several times and told I would be rung back but they never do.Over £200 of my money they have held onto with no explanation why!

I ordered three set of skincare propducts in December，2020，now it has already been over 4 month,I still not received anything. It is said it was returned to the seller by costom.I sent email many times, still no answer, it is just like a fraud, the worst experience ever. Will naver ever buy anything from this website.

Terrible shopping experience. No delivery since 2 months. Customer service claims goods are kept by customs but is unwilling to do anything on that,refuses to refund. Absolutely not acceptable. Will never buy there again after Brexit.
