I’ve been subscribing a while now ( having tried many different suppliers). I mix up selecting the seasonal blend with speciality blends. All arrive on time and as expected. Freshly roasted. Great coffee and reliable service.
Another Year of Super Secret Stash :)
I've been a Hasbean/Ozone subscriber now for >12 years. Yes, the price has gone up, and the bag size has gone down, BUT... I still absolutely love every cup of coffee I make. I'm an Aeropress/French Press user and the beans just make wonderful coffee. With the annual secret stash, I love the full stories that come with the coffee; it's one of the highlights of my month. The Ozone team's customer service is also exceptional. I really feel like I'm been looked after by a team that a) love great coffee and b) really care about their customer base. Here is to another wonderful year together. Thank you all for bringing such wonderful coffee into my life.

Super customer service, I’d made an admin error on my subscription - Katie resolved it for me quickly and easily. I’ve been a Ozone customer for some time, and Hasbean Coffee prior to that, always good to deal with and of course great coffee 😀

Great coffee and customer service
Amazing customer service - Royal Mail delivered my coffee to the wrong address. I contacted Ozone, who tracked it down to the house 3 doors down from me by using the delivery photo and Google Maps. I'd have never found it without them - thank you! The coffee is excellent, great choice and quality.
Amazing coffee
- their coffee is absolutely outstanding - every delivery brings freshly roasted beans - great selection of coffees - shopping is a breeze with Apple Pay checkout, plus order tracking right in my Wallet app - really happy they use packaging that can be composted - good for the planet I have been experimenting with different providers and can definitely say their coffee is the best I have tried
