Placed an online order for chocolate covered strawberries, they were never delivered and the company has taken no responsibility,and refuses to issue a refund. Their agents are rude and unhelpful. Do not order from this company.

WRONG item delivered and Hazeltons.ca will DO NOTHING about it!

I ordered a box of 4 different Brix dark chocolates (that go nicely with wine) for a 14th anniversary gift.They delivered 2 boxes of another brand, including one of milk chocolate, which doesn't go well with wine. They say they won't do anything to fix the problem because I agreed to their "Substitution Policy" that allows them to substitute items that can be ordered on their websites but they don't actually have in stock. And I have no recourse. This is classic BAIT AND SWITCH! DON'T BUY FROM HAZELTONS.CA unless you're happy with possibly not getting what you ordered and not being able to do anything about it!

Not even worth 1 star....AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Chocolate covered strawberries were not as advertised at all and arrived mangled in a plastic container.Cannot get through to them, they never answer the phone and NEVER return phone calls AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID .... I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH

This never happened to me. My daughter ordered a gift basket for me as a mother days gift. Needless to say,I never received the basket. Ever since I'm calling multiple times a day, leaving messages on all existing extensions, still, nobody answers the phone and nobody is returning any calls. Then, I sent emails to all email addresses on their web site, nobody cares. How sad that we are being robed by a company another fake company. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOU HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!!

PLEASE READ IT ALL!!!! DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t even know where to begin.My first problem was with the site being deceitful with the delivery. It clearly says “gift baskets free delivery, same day!”. There’s no “exceptions apply” that’s not anywhere. It also says it needs to be over $100. I find a basket over $100 which it then asks me to pick a day I want it delivered which is next day so I figured it would be no problem since it says “same day”. I go to pay and it say 3 business days. So I call but the only line that has real people is pressing 1. Now in my experience a sales team is trained in customer service but not according to Quinton, the sales supervisor who mocked me, yelled at me, was ignorant and so much more. He wouldn’t let me speak to anybody else and kept lying saying only he was working but the rep before me says there’s 2 of them working. He also denied me to speak to his supervisor to put in a complaint. After he was done mocking me and for lack of better words, bullying me, I hung up in tears bawling my eyes out. I have never been treated like this ever before and I can’t believe he is still employed there driving away business. Told me I’m not a customer yet since I have not officially purchased anything so he would not be treating me like a customer. I just don’t know how this company can still be opening when they treat people like this. I can’t get in contact with the “actual customer service” department and nobody would transfer me to them. I have never left a bad review anywhere before but I can not let someone else subject themselves to this kind of bullying and giving their money over to these deceitful people. Update: I tried to email customer service but I was given an incorrect email!!!
