Due to a medical concern, my wife and I have to temporarily relocate to Dallas, TX and we are so happy that we found Landing!I am generally very skeptical of committing to anything sight unseen on the internet, so needless to say, I was very nervous about leasing an apartment without seeing it first.
However, the team at Landing have been amazing! Everything went exactly as planned and when we met our Landing host, Euphemia, at the property on the day of move in, we could not have been happier with our experience! My wife and I were so surprised by the quality of the furnishings and the attention to detail in every area. As Euphemia said, “we have provided everything you need to live here except food”, and was she ever right!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at Landing for making this such a wonderful experience!

I do NOT recommend renting an apartment through Landing. They advertise apartments on their website that they haven't secured,and in our case, failed their credit application, so the apartment we thought we were getting was denied. I tried reaching out to their CEO and was referred to their "Executive Resolution Manager" who sent me a message similar to those you'll see on Trustpilot in response to the negative reviews: "...We are constantly striving to improve our processes and depend on our members sharing their experiences with us to ensure that we are growing in the right direction." He offered a phone number for me to follow-up, and when I tried to set up a time to avoid phone tag, he never replied. It seems that in some markets their service is fantastic (from these reviews) but others have had similar negative experiences. Thankfully we were able to cancel our reservation and received a refund, but it left us scrambling to coordinate an out-of-state move, essentially making it more difficult and stressful than we ever imagined. On the front-end, their customer service was great, and everyone was helpful and friendly, but please be aware of what it means to secure an "on-demand" apartment before renting from Landing. If you don't mind being relocated it will likely be okay, but if you have your heart set on a specific apartment or complex, beware!

Terrible communication, unorganized, and cheap as can be. Worst customer service response I've experienced with a lodging/rental company.Ridiculous for how much they charge and their luxury branding. We didn't find out until we landed in Miami that our landing wasn't available the first night. We had to haggle with customer service just to get into a 2.5 star airport hotel for the night. They assured us we'd be able to check in to our place by noon the next day. We told them it was critical to have a quick check in because we have demanding jobs and would be missing the middle of our workday. We moved meetings around to be ready at noon. Was the place ready? Nope. We waited in the lobby for an hour with no explanation and then the wifi was down until about 3:30. They would not put us in a hotel to allow us to get our work done. We just missed half our workday and had to work late into the night to make up for it. The most they offered to make up for this experience was a $15 credit. Landing would rather save a few bucks than make things right with customers. They don't really care about the remote worker which I feel like should be one of their main target groups. The east region customer service was hard to get a hold of and wouldn't call back when they were supposed to. My impression is that the company is just irresponsible. Not a service you want to rely on for something as important as where you live.

I am so thankful I landed on Landing to find a furnished apartment in Boston! From the first step to the last- the service was impeccable.Especially Dwayne Jones in Sales- he made everything so simple and easy for us. His excellent, kind and helpful demeanor made transitioning into an apartment so straightforward.
I also need to mention Tatiana from Verifications who answered our emails in a prompt and timely fashion answering all our questions so thoroughly!
With such great service I look forward to using Landing often!

I guess I should start by saying that I was really rooting for Landing.It is a great concept and there is noting else quite like it out there yet. However, renting from them is becoming one of the biggest mistakes we have made.
First of all, we have had multiple issues with this company....
The first incident was in Oct of 2020, two weeks before we are supposed to drive 900+ miles to move into our new Landing in Florida. Landing calls us and tell us that our apartment is no longer available and that we will have to chose another one at a different complex in the area or they will just refund us. Our current lease was up and we had booked and paid the first full months rent with Landing A MONTH PRIOR, when they called to tell us this. Having no place to live, and only two weeks to figure it out, we were ultimately forced to pick another Landing that was hundreds of dollars more expensive, and had one less bedroom then our original booking.
The second issue occurred when we decided to move to another landing in a different state. Yet again, we are called just a few weeks before our move and are told that our apartment is no longer available and that we would have to pick a different apartment. This time we were forced to pick an apartment in a completely different city, because there were no longer any available in the city we wanted.
What we have concluded from our own experience and talking to other Landing members is that this company advertises apartments on their website that they haven't even secured yet and sometimes don't even have any sort of relationship with the property.
The third issue, and what is going to be the final, at this point... when we arrived at our second landing in a new state, we notified them that we were unsatisfied with the Unit. Long story short, it was not as described, they called it a one bedroom, but basically it was a loft studio. (Side note, They also never bothered to mention that the complex was under construction, so none of the amenities promised on their site were available).
We asked to be moved to another unit in the same complex, that was not available for another week or two. THE DAY BEFORE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN they call us and tell us the new apartment isn't ready yet and that our move in date would be delayed another day, and we would need to go stay at a hotel. Thankfully after over an hour on the phone they ended up allowing us to stay in our old unit so we didn't have to move all of our stuff to a hotel for the night. We later find out that they knew about this earlier in the week, and could have given us a heads up, but for some reason they didn't bother to mention it until the day before.
To make matters worse, we were asked to pay upfront for the new unit form our new move in date through the rest of to the month (When we booked, the agreement was for us to stay in our current unit, until the other one was available, and they agreed to give us a credit for the old unit (since we had already prepaid for that for the entire month) from our move in date to the new unit through the end of the month. Well the credit was several hundred dollars and it has been a month and we still have not received it. We have reached our several times and we have received only one response telling us that our claim doesn't match their records even though we have sent them substantial proof including emails from folks at the company and proof of the over lapping charge.
To sum it up, this company is a disorganized mess, run by a bunch of 20 year old's, that fails over and over again. The apartments are over priced. The customer service is poor. It is unbelievable they have received such substantial funding. I would not invest.

I had an excellent experience with Landing for a furnished apartment rental for 4 months.The apartment had excellent amenities and fully furnished. It was a nice retreat and a seamless process. All the appliances were new and functioned well. The staff made the whole process enjoyable. I would definitely use their service in the future.
