The alternations shop I used to go to was fantastic, but their hours were very inconvenient for me. Hemster may be a little more expensive than where I used to go to, but the convenience is worth it.
Exceeded expectations for unusual job
I had an unusual request...an expensive rainproof jacket whose sleeves I wanted slimmed. Hemster did a great job, and the jacket looks great. Price was a bit higher than expected, but it was worth it.

I really enjoyed my fit consultation. It was nice to hear some encouragement about the fit of my clothes. I know it's hard, but I would love tapering services. I have a large waist but like my pants narrow in the hip and calf which is hard to find. If I could get a consistent taper, I could send all my pants in through hemster and they would look the same!
