Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet, TN stay May10-12, 2021. We had traveled from Illinois to TN for 1 person in our party to have neurosurgery at a hospital near this hotel.The hotel experienced a water main break and we were relocated. Courtney, Amber and Wayne should be highly commended and recognized for their professional and helpful services to us with a smile and a compassionate spirit in a most stressful time for the hotel staff. We Plan to return soon and the beds are so comfortable and hotel extremely clean.

This hotel discrimination against young people with disabuilites my son was having a lovely evening out with his girlfriend and an other couple who were already booked in at this hotel.So my son and his girlfriend though why not book a room also they tried to book a room tonigh but told there was no rooms left which was a lie !!! Because I called the hotel and told there was rooms!!?? So I then booked a room through booking.com for them which showed several rooms available also !!?? I sent them the reservation details and they called the hotel to check it was all settled only to be told he sounded to drunk!! And they were cancelling his reservation!!! This is a young man who has trouble talking in the phine and stutters !!! My son called me uoset and angry because it took alot to be treated awful not just one but twice !!! For an assumption someone is drunk when in fact they has learning difficulties I as a mum am extreamlly angry and will be taking this further !!! I called and told there is nothing she could do !! The manager is rude discriminative and her actions were unjust and alarming as my son and his girlfriend could have been left this late at night with nowhere to go if I had not came to pick them up??? Disgusting hotel

People beware! You sign a smokers fee page and they don't need any proof to take that 250.00 plus your night rate!Such a scam! Was told by a very rude manager that the maid smelled Marijuana in the room lol that's impossible! And very embarrassing! How can these people have the right to do this. They should be ashamed scamming people especially during a pandemic!

I paid £2400 to quarantine in this hotel with my husband and 3 small children. The service in this hotel is absolutely atrocious.They do not provide any decent meals the food is worse than the hospital. My kids have not eaten one proper meal here. There is no cleaning service here. I have been asking for the hoover as my baby is picking mess off the floor and they are refusing to give it to me or come clean. They are expecting me to live in mess with my kids. Every time u call reception they tell u something different or even worse they do not understand y as they do not speak fluent English. There has been many occasions where they have missed our meals and I have had to call them and wait over an hour for my kids to eat. U are allowed out once a day for 15 minutes no windows that open no ventilation. This is like a prison. I do not recommend this hotel for quarantine. Keeping in mind it is ramadan the food they provide is below standards. We are having to spend more money and order from uber eats every day for the kids. Please save urself the hassle and do not come here.

This is my first horrible experience with UK company so… 1st I booked the hotel with my main criteria.payat desk,free cancelation so a thought everything is right but 3 days before my moving inn i got an email from the hotel saying that I won’t be able to stay in hotel do to covid measures. 2nd I decide alright I will cancel it or change the dates but they didn't let me change dates with even extra pay and for sure they didn't let me cancel it because it's less than free 3 days left before move-in, but nothing was saying about 3 days now I got it why they send me that email not straight away but right when there was less than 3 days left when I was booking I marked that my staying is not work reason why then they didn't inform before 3rd I got charged money today from my card the day before but not paying at the desk. avoid the company they are robberies. Booking com did not help me at all.I will never ever stay in Holliday inn.Keep my money poor company
