Unfortunately we have had some issues with our Coax cable in our new house however,have had an excellent customer experience dealing with Leanne from Ziggo. She was very kind and took time and care to deal with and to understand our situation. She gives Ziggo a great name and I can only hope that other Ziggo customer service agents are as helpful as she has been for us. Thank you!

Rude customer service.
They changed my package without properly informing me properly.Then when I realised I called them and they had a completely bland answer that "this is how it is now, if you want your old package you have to pay more". But surely if you changed my package without proper consent you should compensate me for that.
And even if there is nothing you can do to help the situation, the least you can do is be polite and try to keep your customer happy. Not once did the representative ask me a question, about what my needs are or if the new package is ok or not with me. Just rude and always leaves me feeling angry and frustrated with them. So rude, zero **** given attitude.

As soon as you have an issue with the connection you can forget getting proper help from Ziggo!The only thing that they do is sending templates and links to the troubleshooting on the website. If you insist they'll send you a technician home that you'll have to pay 50€ even if he just stays literally 5 minutes and does NOTHING. The best part? the problem is still there and when you contact customer service the only thing that they tell you is (again) to check the troubleshooting and do it yourself, or they'll send you the technician that you'll have to pay again!This is completely ridiculous!

Really poor and unstable connection.
Every time I contact Customer Service it takes over 1 hour,and the problem is fixed to bearable level for a few days until you start experiencing again no connection at all (Wi-fi AND cable), or really poor connection. Ziggo has already changed my modem, changed the cables, sent a technician to my flat, and keep on resetting the modem. It simply does not work, and they do not offer you a solution for your problem, despite you being a good customer timely paying for a service that you do not get! I do not recommend this service to anyone.

The worst provider ever!!! I have the second most expensive deal from ziggo 500 mb per second but in reality its less than 0,5 mb per whatever,when I changed from 250 to 500 I asked 3 times DUIDELIJK am I going to pay any extra charges? Answer - no. Stil I payed 20 euros extra that month - pure theft - and guess what? The internet speed did not improve! Never again ziggo, I dont recommend it to anyone, we are changing the provider right now!

Had to move to a new address which was already registered by the owner for internet with a different provider.Ziggo refused to cancel my subscription even though I could not use their internet at the new address. At the same time ziggo had no problem registering two subscriptions at my old address (mine and the new tenant). Money hungry company with anti-consumer policies.

Wow I actually feel really stupid that I only NOW realize how bad all of the reviews of ziggo are.I came here to share my terrible experience with Ziggo but see I am not the only one and it leave me wondering WHY I didn’t see this sooner. I have ten properties that are connected with ziggo and I have had ONLY problems. But this last time was the last straw. The service is horrible. I don’t have more time to lose on this issue, and everyone else here has mentioned how horrible this company is. All I can say is. Trust me. Run!

This is a scam. They have not customer support at all.
Stay away from Ziggo. Far far away.
I am waiting 3 (THREE!)days Ziggo to register my new Ziggo cable modem in their network. Shame on you Ziggo. No support at all.
