Easy process for a first time seller
As a first time seller, Home Bay made this process extremely easy. I listed on a Monday and got my first offer that Thursday. I accepted one of the many offers my that next Monday. Then 30 days later my home was sold. It was and extremely easy process and Home Bay provided all of the tools needed to sale my home quickly all the while saving my thousands in broker fees.

Home Bay has a unique position in the marketplace and I was skeptical that they could deliver what they promised, but they did, and more. My broker, David was as responsive as if we were neighbors and handled everything beautifully.
