I’ll be honest, the product unfortunately did not help my dogs anxiety with the recommended dosage and I didn’t want to exceed that amount.That being said, customer service reached out to me and was super understanding that the products won’t work for everyone. They refunded the purchase without my even asking! That’s the type of support more people need. I wish this company nothing but success!

I emailed with Jonathan in customer service this am in regard to our one year old puppy's anxiety with garbage truck,snowplows and other large vehicles. He did an awesome job in explaining your different products and I am anxious to give the Soft Chews a try! I also work in customer service and truly appreciate working with a company that values their customers like Honest Paws does!

Best customer service. I had a question about my order so I called in. The gentleman I spoke withanswered my question and then gave me SUPER helpful details regarding the product after I told him that we were using the calm treats for our aging pup that has a case of "doggy dementia". I was happy to tell him that the treats are working wonders for her and he gave me so much information that I wasn't aware of. He also followed up a few days later to ensure my order had arrived as planned. I will be a lifelong customer of this company because of his service. Highly recommend this company!

Great product and customer service. My dog was 17 years old...her last year was rough,the Honest Paws CBD increased her appetite and her mobility (she was still running a couple of months ago). When she passed, a bottle of CBD oil was on the way, I spoke to a customer service representative and they told me that I will get a refund and that I could keep the CBD oil. A few days later I received a heartfelt sympathy letter. I will keep this company in mind and continue to recommend it to all pet owners.

Placed an order on 12/13 and still haven't received it as of 12/22. According to tracking,it arrived in my metro area on 12/14, so it's apparently lost. Honest Paws customer service was not helpful today. Told me to wait to see if it arrives. Does this mean another week, two weeks, a month, a year? Just give me a refund. I'll purchase elsewhere.
