Hoo was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are.Disabled my wallet with over $18000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

This is a scammer exchange. You cannot withdraw money once you are in. So your money is gone.The community is full of buzzers being bought because if you complained you get kicked out. And the admin in the community is a bigger scammers that will ask you to send btc or eth to pay for gas fee to retrieve your money etc. and you will never get your money. They will keep asking for more. And one day the support admin on Hoo Global will just disappear or change to a different one. And the new one will do the same smooth talking to rip you out of your btc or eth. It is not audited and a real scam in the world. If you loose money they will just say they got hacked be patient we will return it to you. And you know what? My comments will probably be removed since they pay f-in buzzers

Deposits and withdrawals work fine, which the essential. However, I had multiple times the interface not working (Spot markets not accessible for more than an hour,an order took 20min to realy show as cancel). But otherwise, it is fine so far. So ok for HODL, but choose something else for trading.

I sent 1,34 ethereum to my eth wallet address at Hoo exchange 12h ago, transaction was succesful 12h ago as per blockchain records.But still I did not receive my eth in my wallet. It normally takes no more than 10 minutes. No reply from support yet. Their guy from telegram told me that there are more than one eth deposit addresses(I have accounts at binance, coinbase, bybit and other exchanges, only one address for each coin everywhere). Anyways lets consider that I sent to to wrong address at your exchange, so what? What will happen now? I want my 1,34 ethereum back.
