ordered product. They took the money, took additional to ship faster, created a shipping label.Then claim they don't even have the product. would expect it in 10-14 days. a refund they claim takes 5-7 business days. Guy on phone says they have to have specific in writing to cancel order. Nothing but a scam horrible customer service. I asked to replace with another like product. They refuse, saying first order has to be canceled then new order can be placed. I ordered 3,500 worth of product. So must pay addition 3,500 on another order then wait for first order refund. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This company is a total scam! Stay away! They don't have any quality products.I ordered a mower and the company sent me a tiny trimmer like a toy without my knowledge.After an email inquiry, I was told the mower was out of stock and they sent the trimmer instead. They offered me from $7 to $20 to keep the item, which I refused. I want to return the product that I didn't order, but the company wants me to cover the shipping.

This company is indeed a scam. It's the old "bait and switch" deal. I ordered a lawnmower and got a cheap weed trimmer.Fortunately PayPal got me a refund. If it sounds too good to be true, in this case, that old adage is true.

This company is a total scam, I too received a kid's weedeater when I ordered a riding lawnmower.I sent the PO to them as proof to what was ordered, after weeks of me demanding a full refund they still refuse to make it right, so I am out of this money. They are criminal and should be shut down for fraud. Please help me spread this all across social media platform so they cannot do business in the US.

I ordered a mower and after weeks I received a broken kids weed eater as a replacement.Hot deals says if an item is out of stock they will notify you and if you want you credit they will refund the credit to you. This is all a lie. Please don't shop at this company.
