Highly Recommended

Our Hotel has worked off a paper system, so it was very hard trying to convince the owner that it was time to change. Since we started with Hotelogix it has been a challenge to change her opinion, with the help of our account manager she has completely changed her mind, down to them always being able to solve our problems and enquiries. I do highly recommend Hotelogix to all other hotels.

As new hoteliers but computer literate

As new hoteliers but computer literate, we were anxious to find a system that would be easy to use when there are so many other things in hospitality to consider and get right. Hotelogix has made everything so much easier; it is cloud-based, always available with a strong architecture and reliability. The online support is 24/7 so a receptionist having problems can either watch the support videos or contact their chatline to discuss resolutions. We have had the system 2 years and the everything has been great. You can form rates packages, block out rooms, housekeeping module is great, forward forecasting is great for kitchen etc etc. For tours, it is presently time-consuming to enter a full coach day after day but the company has listened and is working on a solution. Hotelogix is very easy and I would thoroughly recommend them to you.

Just a nightmare

Just a nightmare! After a great and friendly sales pitch, sadly we came into reality. Deep training to have our team to master the product were never done, but only 1 hour training with a continuously yawning implementation manager sounding a bored machine instead. Their PMS is crap and it is clearly made by people with no understanding of front office and reservation operations. I had to beg to be put in contact with Mr. Mohan Roy, who should have been available to solve any concern with implementation manager and beg to have the manager replaced. Our reservations were loaded all under the same guest name, then all under our sales and reservation name, but we had to explain to the so called implementation manager what that was wrong. Unable to provide a folio with total amount due for the whole stay to guests during their holidays "because it cannot be changed". Many other problems, loss of revenue, damage to the hotel image, promise to extend the first 3 months subscription of an additional month, but they charged us other 3 months without authorization nor consultation. This is unacceptable. Do not try to engage with them nor to use their PMS/booking engine or you will end up with damages they will never respond to.

Spam Overload!

They were using email address hello at comms-hotelogix.com to spam me! I am extremely disappointed with Hotelogix. Despite never giving them explicit permission to send promotional emails, my inbox has been bombarded with their spammy messages. It feels like they are more interested in pushing their services than respecting potential customers' privacy.

HORRIBLE SCAMMER THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING ANY MONEY. The software is dated and has many problems. The most important factor is that the entire management are cheaters and once you pay the money they started showing the real colour. HORRIBLE PMS , CHANNEL MANAGER , BOOKING ENGINE and more over the management. DO NOT USE THEM , they are cheap because they know the software they have is dated and once someone signs up they know they will run away hence they try and take Quarterly or yearly payments which will never be refunded. IN short its a SCAM

Beware of this company - keep charging fees even no contract signed

They still owe me 170€ and no responses whatsoever. I have had tough decision to make after a bad experience with my current property software so i was a bit concerned to trust another company from so far abroad. I lived in UK for 13 years and would prefer it to be a UK software but those are 3x more expensive so until we grow bigger we have to make sacrifices. Hotelogix sales person from India changed my mind and i was convinced to go ahead with signing up with them. Then it was all arranged i paid 85€ for first month and started the onboarding process. They arranged a 3 persons chat over the phone including sharing screens. This is where all my doubts started. They just realised that we did not have our apartments in the same location (this is very crucial information that i would have not kept from them) even though i filled out all information locations, Apartment names etc. few days ago on forms they sent me. The meeting got stuck after finding out there was a problem with the channel manager not being able to hold more than one location under one account. i was told they have no refund policy so i need to stay with them while they work something out. They quoted me a price 180€ for 4 apartments (7 units altogether). It was way over my budget but they kindly agreed to drop the price to 100€ - paying 15€ monthly more for someone elses cock up was a bit unfair. I said ok but started worrying if they missed such a crucial information they might miss another and once i am stuck with them it will be again end of the world to switch to some other provider. I started asking more and more questions to be sure nothing else could come up and they dared to blame me for not telling them but hell how am i supposed to know how their system works it's their responsibility to ask the relevant questions. I felt a bit worried asking them so many questions (only couple of more emails) so i did not mind waiting for an answer a day or two but when they stopped answering and i waiting two weeks and trying to chase them for an answer and had no response i got more frustrated. When i stopped trusting this company one bloke called me saying that their colleague was fired few days ago and he is taking over him. Firstly why they did not get his email address redirected or monitored is a mystery to me but anyway i said sorry i am not interested anymore cooperating with you he was very pushy and when i said 10th time i dont want to cooperate with you he said ok. Then couple of days later a UK sales representative called me repeating himself how sorry he is and how they want to make sure all will be just fine but i should stay with them. I insisted again few times i am not interested please refund my 85€. It has been a month and no money was returned to my account more over they charged me another month fee. My husband is away so i cant even go to bank to stop the charges. I keep emailing to rahul.das@hotelogix, ajeet.malik@hotelogix. Abhishek Saurabh abhishek.saurabh@hotelogix but all my emails are being ignored. 170€ is not little to just forget it and carry on.

Terrible support software full of bugs

They will never admit when they are wrong. I left my office to go have some family time missed one single payment, without any warnings they blocked access to my account while i was in no position to do anything about it. Leaving my staff blind with no access to the PMS system or any booking information. Spoke to many people at hotel logix told them i would pay when i returned to my office within a few days. Was told they would unblock me but never did left my staff without a system for 3 days. There support is very slow especially on weekends, it can take days to fix anything. I have had lots of issues with breakfast rates, many times there system doesn't add the breakfast rate correctly and i end up giving away breakfast for free. They never take any responsibility for any problems always have some excuse, set up takes ages, any bugs they wont admit to and blame the user. Over priced for what it is

SCAM

I used the software less than a month and I find out that I could not use the folio unless the guest check out, plus i discord many other small bugs and I asked to cancel the contract and a refund for THE YEAR PAYMENT. I had to wait one month and finally the told me that I will not get any refund according their policy.... It is ridiculous. I paid one year in advance for their services, used less than a month... nice scam of 1000USD++. Do not trust hotelogix
