Was looking forward to Beekman's newest pear scent product and bought the special that was guaranteed for delivery by Mother's Day.It arrived 2 days after and although the packaging and deal was excellent, there is NO pear scent. Light floral- but nominal and NOTHING about it is pear. Also got the lavender body cream- that has a wonderful scent...what happened on one that was supposed to contain pear??????read more

Attempted to order item this morning on web page. Said that I needed to call so I did. On hold 3 minutes.Not bad. Rep told me that I couldn't use my credit card. In my name. because they showed it under spouses name (?). Nope my name my card. Wouldn't take my order. So too bad for them!!read more
Useless fry pan & missing tablet

Ordered non-stick cookware. It arrived sealed from factory with a deep scratch in the fry pan.Cannot even get through to Customer service.
In the same order was a tablet. Received a message saying they'd get it to me when they can as the train was derailed. Again no customer service available.read more

I purchased a Treadmill. It was delivered but I could not assemble it because the enclosed screws were the wrong size.I called customer service. They told me they would order the parts & I could expect to receive them in 21 days. I never received the replacement parts. So, I called to check the status. It turns out they never put the order through! No apology was given. I was told to contact the manufacturer directly; I did. I am waiting for the part, but at least I received a confirmation email from the manufacturer and they extended the warranty, actions HSN said they could not do. I would not recommend HSN to anyone!read more

Very poor customer service! I repeat VERY VERY POOR. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.I ordered a computer and it was cancelled and never received any confirmation that it was cancelled, when I called they said it was not their policy to inform the customer. I was sitting waiting for a computer that never came and maybe it was for the best. When I asked what can be done about this, the representative told me " SORRY" It's sold out. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she said that there was no one besides her who I could speak with and no one calls back. I am beyond disappointed and disgraced.read more

I ordered from HSN for the first time January, 2021. I was channel surfing and they were showcasing something that I had been considering.I grabbed my phone to place my order before the supply was depleted. The gal I spoke with was nice enough. I told her this was my first contact with HSN and asked what I needed to do. She took my order and other information. She said I would receive a confirmation email, but I NEVER did. I called a friend that orders from HSN and asked her about the process...She asked if I had been given my FIRST TIME order $20.00 discount. NO...I was unaware of one. I then called HSN customer service and inquired about my order....Told her I did not receive any email confirmation and wanted to be sure the item was ordered. She assured me it had been sent, but did not respond to the No Email question. When I asked about my $20.00 first time order discount, She said I needed to place the order online. I told her I was not aware of that and the lady I spoke with when I called in my order said nothing about it and she knew it was my first time ordering. I asked if I would get my $20.00 discount when I made my First Online order. NO....They only make the offer to encourage people to order online and NOT CALL. I told her this experience had encouraged me to NEVER order from them again. I then sent an email to customer service and explained the situation....I have NEVER had a reply. My order finally arrived and it's what I wanted, however I will NOT order from HSN again. They are in the same don't care category as BALSAM HILL. Neither provided answers when contacted or act like they care about their customers. AMAZON is always polite, always sends email confirmations and orders arrive on time and often early.
