Im bein with htec more 15 years and services level is so poor . Coustomer service is terrible. I will not recommend for any forcourt to get systems.

What has happened to HTEC they used to be the best in the petrol forecourt market for POS and POS support.Today you wait and wait for someone to answer the phone and when they do your are told someone will get back to you. Yes they do, but instead of within minutes like the good days you wait not hours but days. My longest call back lately is 7 days to fix a problem. For this my new support contract this year has increased 33+%. Not good for a 24/7 fuel forecourt and large store. Lets hope the new management can sort out this mess the old have left.
