Never received my order, got promised a couple of times that it would be shipped but that didn't happen.Asked numerous times about tracking # and which parcel service they use. No response. Can't call because extension wasn't available or mailbox was full. Tried the online chat and again no response. Send a letter according to the suggestion of my bank and again no response. I can not and will not recommend this company to my sewing club. It's a scam people, do not order.read more
