They followed up with the agent, requested proof of payments, and monitored the situation until the full amount owed to me (675 EUR) was refunded in several transfers. The platform ultimately took a more active role, and their involvement contributed to resolving the issue. While my initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that the team eventually stepped in and ensured a fair outcome. I hope future cases can benefit from faster intervention and clearer processes, but I acknowledge their effort in bringing this situation to a successful conclusion.
