I bought MXGP 2020, when trying to redeem the key i got the something unexpected happened error.After putting in a support ticket i got a reply saying it was taken care of and to try it now. I did, it looked like it was redeeming the key but instead of giving a key it says NODATAFOUND in the key location. It did not redeem on steam and i am stuck yet again trying to go through support to get it looked at. Super helpful that the only time support is working apparently is weekdays local time in italy. Doesn't help the customer base at all because most of us will have to wait til the next day for a response. I have used indiegala in the past with no issue. Unfortunately this is the last time.read more
