These guys keep hassling me. I have never had any dealings with them before. I asked the woman whocalled me this morning to remove my details from their system - she refused and hung up.

The platform looks ok and lots of instruments to trade but that’s where the good news probably ends.
Theyclaim to have 24/5 support and on line Chat until 10pm during the week plus phone support.
When I tested this out, Chat was not available at 6pm during the week on the day I looked. I called the phone line during the week and a message said they would be closed until Sunday - rather strange.
Only the email support appeared to be functional. But I didn’t get a good feeling from these guys so I requested they close my demo account. Unsurprisingly they haven’t bothered to reply.
Don’t risk it folks. There are better options available.

They take much more documents and then disappear

I tried to open an account. They took all my personal documents like Passport, bank details of many accounts,but didn't open my account. They kept asking more and more documents which makes me suspicious. They stopped replying to my emails after taking all my documents. They have strange requirements to open account. I feel unsafe after providing so much documents to a broker regulated in Gibraltar.

Application rejected. They refused to delete my Data after requesting strange info.

Tried to open an account from Ireland. Received a call and email asking me additional info wasn't in the initial application.They also asked about my computer and why does my IP not show the approximate address. They asked for my tax ID. I then did not want to provide many info and asked for data to be deleted including proofs like passport and address. They rejected and said have to keep my data for 'up to 5 years'. MY PERSONAL DATA! I did not use their service nor did I become a client. They treated me like a suspicious individual. AVOID this gaming company registered as a gaming one in Gibraltar.
