I signed up for the subscription, just one month to try it, and the next day after the subscription my credit card information was stolen and used by someone to order food from doordash,an app i don't have, in a state i don't live in. So i had to cancel my card. cancelled the subscription and they do not refund. i would not trust this website.

They signed me up for "refreshments," without my knowledge or consent, and charged my card $19.60 for some lotion and body wash that I did not order and do not want.What's more, it's lotion and body wash that they sent me last month. I didn't even want it the first time, and even if I did, in what WORLD does someone need a new large bottle of body wash every month? There's no scenario in which this company doesn't know they're ripping their customers off. It's simply their business model. And, shock, no response from customer service. I recommend not letting them get anywhere near your credit card information.

People told me that it was impossible to cancel your subscription. I thought, "It can't be THAT hard." Well,they were right. It's impossible to cancel (and that makes it a SCAM) and there is no way to contact anyone. Had to involve my bank to stop their monthly charges. Horrible company.
The items I received were junk--tiny little sample sizes (not the full-size products they promised) of really awful unknown brands. The eyeshadows and lipsticks and lip glosses were colors I wouldn't wear on a bet. I ended up throwing out every product they sent me in every bag. They're that bad. It's so obvious that this is how companies get rid of all the awful products that aren't selling. Shop on reliable makeup websites, choose what you really like and will really use, and spend your money on those products. Services like this are for people who feel some weird sense of accomplishment to have a drawer overflowing with junky makeup.

I ordered from Ipsy 2 months ago, and have yet to received my products, despite two "accommodation" orders being sent out (and either lost or never being sent).They have said they will not provide a refund to me either. There appears to not be a way to resolve this issue so I am out the cost of my order.

I was promised by ^KAR a representative on Facebook and by Rich a representative through e-mail myproblem would be solved since April 16th that my glam bag and add-ons would be shipped and they promised to help my process go more smoothly. I didn't get my bag until May 1st and the add-ons I bought on April 2nd never came that I asked help for previously. When I brought it up to ^KAR on Facebook Messenger, they said they saw my purchase but the warehouse no longer had what I bought and issued a refund. Didn't offer me anything for mistakes on their end. Only that they could assist me on canceling my subscription. Outrageous. Poor service and empty promises.

Not a good experience. The idea behind this business might be good, but the execution is terrible.Shipping takes 1+ month with no guarantee that you will get the products you ordered. Customer service does not exist, you can not talk to a real person, you are just being sent generic replies. Save your money and try different subscription company

I was an Ipsy subscriber for a few years awhile back. The overall experience was okay,but it was mostly samples/cheap products. Now they have tiers, but I will stick with Boxycharm for now. They did have some shipping issues ages ago, but compensated by giving me two orders to make up for the one that was lost for a month and a bit.

I used this company for over a year and loved it so much I upgraded my bag to the glam plus in Feb.2021 and also bought a make-up palette. I've been charged monthly now for not one but BOTH subscriptions and have received ZERO merchandise since placing my order and being charged for my monthly bag(s) since Feb 2. This company is literally impossible to reach since the chat is simply an automated response stating I haven't received my item due to extended shipping times because of covid. I can't find a number to contact them or speak to an actual person. The automated chat stated they don't offer refunds so I'm now having to dispute $118.72 in charges with my credit card company. I feel that this company is a scam now and would highly advise against using them to save yourself the headache down the road.
