Ivy Cheltenham 'Private room' Pretentious, over priced, very restricted menu, dull cooking. The staff were lovely and attentive, the food was nothing special, the cost was absurd.

Don’t bother buying a gift voucher, not worth the trouble
Bought a gift voucher which seemed a good deal but is impossible to register & Ivy Collection don’t believe in customer service - their website is atrocious. The hospitality industry need to get real & blame themselves for the problems they’re suffering!
Don’t buy the gift cards they don’t arrive
Don’t buy the gift cards!! They don’t arrive! I bought a card for £100 for my Mum and instead of that arriving I got a bottle of sparkling wine. There is no response from customer care and I’m worried it’s been stolen.
