3 weeks to arrive!!

Bought a pair of Wireless E-series headphones through a different company. Love them. Unfortunately after 18 months,the left ear padding started to come loose and the locking pin broke.
I contacted JBL to see if there was anything that could be done as I hadn't registered them for a warranty. They asked me to email pictures and a copy of the receipt as I still had this. Once I had done this they told me I was still in their two year warranty period and that they would honour it and get them repaired. They arranged free postage all I had to do was drop them off at a collection point.
Within 10 days I had a replacement pair of headphones from them. Over the moon considering that I hadn't registered the warranty with them.

Horrible customer service. Can’t provide any info on missing order. Won’t refund my money.They keep saying to check back for updates. I don’t know how they are still in business.

very dispapointed in the quality of JBL wireless headphones boost 500. It says in big letters they have a 10 year guarantee mine lasted just over two and that is for around the house only.They were not charging up so I read the pamphlet and replaced with a JBL specific usb charger (Rather than a cheaper version) and they still don't charge up they are now in the bin. 10 years my backside. I will never buy a JBL Product again. cheap and tacky athough not the price.read more

Let me state first their speakers/subs/car audio/home theater speakers are great. With the one positive out of the way,lets get down to business. I have place two separate orders with JBL. The first order was running late(after showing in stock and gave me a delivery date) so i contacted them. After a day or so i got a fairly generic reply, sorry for the inconvenience, im blah blah from the jbl professional division, the items you ordered are currently out of stock are you willing to wait. I told them yes. Three days later i got an email stating that my order has been canceled. I contacted the person in charge of my “case” he stated to just reorder the items and gave me a 20% code to use for the inconvenience. The 20% off didnt work. It was for some other website completely irrelevant to my order. Then the “supervisor” proceeded to blame me for not knowing that code was for another website. Real nice jbl.
Ok maybe they can redeem them selves. I went to reorder the same items. The “bundle” was unavailable. Screw it ill order the items individually. The 310s was out of stock for new so i ordered a refurbished because i just needed something and it showed in stock. I place the order, again after all items on the jbl site showed in stock and gave a delivery date. The delivery date passes, i contacted the customer support line. “Sorry for your inconvenience ill connect you to a supervisor.” Oh boy here we go again....so the supervisor picks up and proceeded to tell me that even though the site said in stock they were sold out but are going to allocate the items and ship them asap. A few days later(about 3 weeks into this whole ordeal) i get an email stating they found my monitors(speakers) but the 310s again was sold out. I tell them fine what ever at least send me the speakers because my old set of bose finally blew out. I needed something. Needless to say im approaching 2 months after my initial order and im still getting told to just wait for the 310s. Even after the supervisor told me there was a shipment coming in at the end of last month; but those were already sold out on preorder(how when my order was canceled bc they were out of stock and new wasnt even listed on the site) Theres always an excuse. Even after waiting with their chat support and being told im going to talk to a manager that can help. They connect me to one thats not even in the right department. Let alone the “supervisor” in charge of my case hasnt responded in nearly 2 weeks. Corporate has yet to respond to me, and everyone i talk to can only say sorry. Never order direct from jbl. I ordered from their “professional” division. Theres nothing!!!! Professional about their customer support. Nothing!!! I seriously wonder how they are in business with how they treat their customers.

They canceled the order again and refuse to do anything for 2 months of wasting my time. Also corporate has still refused to respond, managers dont do anything besides cancel orders all day, supervisors are over paid morons, customer support cant say anything besides “sorry” and “inconvenience”. Such a horrible customer experience! Wasted 2 months of my time, offered me $100 for the “inconvenience”. Hey JBL how about learn how to show what’s actually in stock on your own website. How about figure a way to correct youre mistakes. How about find a way to rectify your mistakes not just cancel. I swear this company runs off the opera meme “your order is canceled, your order is canceled, everyones orders are canceled”
