Very good experience with a such wonderful staff from Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Especially Lopez,Sulis, Eka, and Ganda. Very helpful and friendly. Payed to be a jet club member in Nov 2020 cost of $55 and they have been charging me full price for 22 individual flights ever since.Tried to call their on line chat for hours in the Philippines last year to fix the issue. " me not inderstand" from their off shore totaly hopeless customer service. Around $400 to $600 over charged. Trying to get a Australian service to call or email is totaly wrecking my life. There customer service is NILL. HOPELESS so called Aussie company totaly frauding. Lodge a complaint with ACCC

If I could rate negative stars I would. I have never been more appalled at the “service” received by an airline.Their revenue making measures are nothing short of extortion. Check in staff are incredibly rude and seem to be purposefully trying to make a sale or “upgrade” at the gate. I was travelling with 2 other companions and we were in total over 3kg, Maria at the Sydney Domestic gate gleefully called out the kg in a loud condescending tone and told us we would need to pay an additional amount despite us asking her if we could just rearrange our baggage (ie We could have each thrown out our bottles of water and worn our coats) which she did not allow insisting it was a “safety” issue. In which way does paying an additional $65 for the upgrade somehow make it now safe? Nothing but pure extortion! Their customer service team via chat are also robots that copy and paste the same scripted texts. There is no customer care whatsoever. Have contacted their phone team after waiting almost an hour to speak with a person, and was hung up on after being made to hold whilst the person “checked the file”. Surely these tactics are not legal? Where is the consumer protection on these sneaky tactics?

Jetstar keep changing booking flight times

Seriously, Jestar keep changing the flight times. I have a flight booking that has changed with a time difference of almost 4 hours!It's a significant blow to my trip plans. I paid extra just to get the timeslot that I prefer, only for it to change. And the only compensation they can provide is to refund and cancel the flight! If they don't have a lot of customers booking flights, then I suggest they decrease the number of timeslots for booking. What's the point of choosing your preferred time, only for it to change again because Jetstar can't have enough customers to fill the plane?!

Is it possible to rate this company zero stars? Just had a sudden cancellation of my flight at 7pm this evening.Alternative flights are 6am tomorrow morning or in 45 minutes. Considering I cant even get to the airport in that time where's the refund for my hotel tonight? The cost of travel at 5am tomorrow? The inconvenience of ruining my break? DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE TOOLS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

The worst service, obnoxious procedures, rude ground staff and inconsistent quality on board.An airline that picks on certain passengers to weigh their handbags as part of carry on baggage and slaps on a $65 fee. Absolutely THE. WORST. AIRLINE. EVER. Walk if you have to but don’t fly with them.

What a horrid airline. I have flown with a number of airlines and the customer service and flightexperience JETSTAR provides is not even worth a half-star review - it’s a shame the lowest you can give is 1-star. JETSTAR’s business practices are incredibly disingenuous - from withholding cancelled flight funds to out-right refusing to reply to any correspondence. If you’re only option is to fly with JETSTAR, save yourself the hassle and choose to walk/drive/ swim instead as you’ll be better off.
