Jivochat are a disgrace. They associate with companies that scam the public and claim to be legitimate.When you see the live chat Jivochat on any site, pause and investigate the company to be sure they are not scammers.

I have been a victim of scam by many online companies because the individual scammers use JivoChat.com software to their advantage.This company Jivochat.com in a way is helpful to many online companies with their live chat software but many people have reported online scams, going on because of their JivoChat.com product. l have reported about this on many occasion, the current online scammers using their product software to scam the public but they did not take any action to stop their activities by investigating them. JivoChat have the power to withdraw these company's license use of the product but they are reluctant to do so and they by day many venerable individuals are falling victims to financial investments, crypto currency investment fraud and scam.
I would like to petition with JivoChat and the authorities to do something about this report. My warning to the public is to be careful when using these live chats.

JIVOCHAT is delivering their services to EVERYBODY. One of their sad customers is Global Cryptocurrency Investment who's stealing btc from people,and simply continu as if nothing happened. JIVOCHAT is their second chat. The first one got the message, and stopped delivering

Useless software
- offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short.Client will not get an error message but connection fails.
- customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. It is a black box.
- chats should be delivered by email as important informations about the chat (like the URL the client visited or the source of the client) is not included in the chat archive. In 40% of the cases the emails are not sent by the Jivochat system.
- If one is signed in on two devices, like desktop and mobile, and you sign out the status is changing on both devices, showing you are offline. As it should be. But still clients see you online and message are delivered. Status is automatically switchin back to online.
- If you are signed in on a mobile device and one tries to accept an incoming chat, it often takes 2-3 minutes until one can answer the clients request. With this time delay a client is often gone from the chat.
UPDATE after customer service reply:
nothing changed, I was not contacted by customer service as mentioned below and the problems still exists the same way. Have not changed my mind at all

We have 8 sites we operate all simutanus. There is no better chat plugin alternative for us.Been a user for 6 months and by using the official Jivochat app I have been able to capture leads on the go. Keep on going strong, JivoChat.

This is the best free live chat plugin I’ve ever used!
Easy to set up and use. I got alot of websitesbut not really high payment so I love that you can have unlimited websites in this package (even free!).
Still tho, the PRO function is cheap enough for anyone to use and you'll just increase the seats whenever you get a new agent on board with you.
Support also helps free users, fast answer. I am using WordPress and love JivoChat! :)
