BRILLIANT. Pre-ordered a copy of ORMANDY MONO LEGACY 120 disc box set. Price was very reasonable.The box arrived on time and could not have been more carefully packaged/protected. Good communication, as well. Very impressed. Will be buying from this company again.

Veryvery bad customer service! Now 6 time talked with them and about 15 mail later still no solution.They send me the wrong vinyl. 2 months later still don't get my orded vinyl. Everytime they tell me to wait and have patient. Now i stuck with the wrong vinyl and payed to mutch money for it. The diferrent is 7 euro. They coul'd give a refund over the 7 euro but hey i'm not the one who must get them a solution to solve a problem????? NEVER ERVER AGIAIN

I ordered a special edition LP that was listed as in stock and added two extra items as I had to pay for EU shipping anyway.Woke up to an email next day saying that the special edition LP was out of stock but the other items would be delivered. I immediately replied that I wanted to cancel the rest of the order and explained why. JPC answer was "Too late to cancel. You should not have ordered the items if you did not want them." So rude! Then it took three weeks until the shipment was delivered.

jpc-schallplatten was the only company selling the DVD I wanted. I had never heard of them and I searched to find some reviews.I was disturbed to read the very negative reviews on Trustpilot. However, after a few days I decided to place the order anyway. I received communication very fast and the DVD was delivered to me in the UK very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I am delighted. I will certainly have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Pre-Ordered a Japan Import CD successfully - after two weeks my order got cancelled because „the products are not deliverable by the importer“..then I checked the website and the product was fully stocked!! I can, of course, re-order but I‘ll have to pay 2.99€ shipping now, back when I ordered there was a offer with free shipping. Very disappointed. Customer service sucks btw!! Avoid.
