One of the worst mistakes I ever made is ordering through just eat. When my order didn't turn up I tried to get a refund.OMG after endless chats on the app and getting nowhere I was told they had opened a case and sent me a case number. Finally, they said it would be resolved in 48hrs Great. 48 hours came and went after going back on the chat, the first line I put was the case number and asking for information on it. The operator tells me to hold on while they check and need to pass me to a different department. OK, now repeat this three times to be told the ticket number was not put through correctly and they will do it again. At this point its been four days since my order and wondering as a customer what the hell did I do to deserve this?read more

I ordered McDonald’s and the order was never delivered,there’snot a SINGLE option how to talk to anyone without ticking what was missing from my order,since nothing came I had to tick everything BUT! There’s a window where u have to type what you’re missing from your meal (fries,coke etc),anytime I tried to type in what’s missing it just unticked the option of my meal! So I continued that my meal wasn’t missing,even tho it was but I couldn’t continue to get to speak to anyone! They tried to give me a refund of half of my order which I NEVER accepted...when talking to guys on live chat I’ve been told it’s automatically added to your account!!!
Raging!!! No food!! No refund!! And all I get is just eat credit to get scammed again?

just eat is a awful company used awhile ago food never turned up had to go to kfc get it my self.thought i give them another go to see if it was one off.just used them again food arrived late freezing cold driver went to wrong address .then tried saying it was my fault typing wrong address .would advise any thinking of using just eat doooooooooooooont .dreadful service awful company. will never never use again.read more

Webchat is an absolute joke all you get is robotic answers, no empathy shown. All I needed was for my voucher code to be applied as it said error when I did it myself.Instead of helping sort this I was told someone would call me in 72hrs. How is that supposed to help if i need to order right now!!!!!read more

Use a different delivery partner, all 3 times we have used just eat the driver has given us someoneelses order.
To make it worse Just eat will not offer me a refund just a credit to my just eat account despite me having sufficient photographic evidence. Essentially daylight robbery, you did not give me any of my food so why are you charging me?
Do NOT use just eat, most of the time your evening will go from a relaxing takeaway night to a stressful nightmare leaving you out of pocket and unhappy.read more
