I've tried every way to cancel the auto renewal and my login details & password to get into my account always seems to be 'incorrect'even though I know they're not. A mail to set a new password never arrives (6 times I've clicked it) and customer support is beyond rubbish. The only option left to me is to ensure my bank account is empty on the day of auto renewal because it's impossible to switch it off.
Their software is also rubbish - it constantly blocks each and every site I try to visit, including my own business site. I very quickly disabled their so-called security software and just wrote off the cost. I'll never trust or buy anything from this crowd again.read more

Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. No support on weekends,so if your computer is left unprotected, that's 48 hours of potential danger, not counting the hours it will take for them to respond come monday. I can't recommend this product ever again. They lost a customer for life.read more

Annoying popups. I expect internet security to run seamlessly in the background without popping up asking me stupid annoying questions.Very amatuer cartoon character illustrations make it seem like it was designed by a 13 year old. Irritating softwareread more

After a 30 day trial I decided to make a first time purchase from the website but my credit card was automatically cancelled by my bank because of the unreliable nature of this website.Followed by terrible customer service where they could not even find my account in their database. I'd recommend avoiding this business if you take your data seriously.read more

I had their antivirus software for a year. Not sure how it worked in that regard other than it seemed like it was the culprit on not letting my wifi through.Either way I knew I needed something. They have an auto renewal clause in their contract and never hid that fact. As a matter of fact they were letting us know that a month ahead of time that it was going to auto renew and if you joined now you could get 15% off your 2 year new contract. So I did and it renewed and all was good, until I got a notification 3 weeks later that Kaspersky just charged me again!!!! But this time the full price for the auto renewal contract that I already had been charged. They double charged us and PayPal didn't do anything. We went through our credit card to dispute this and now I see that they credited us for the lesser charge and haven't seen the other charge credited yet but my software has been canceled so I have no security at all at this point and still out my money on that auto renewal that I know don't have. Unbelievable. How can you not see that I bought your software on their end.read more

Ive used Kaspersky on and off for about 10 years and its been the best so far thats why I keep coming back.after all the frustrations ive had with this and all other programs Kaspersky is actually the best performer of them all but......
This time I was getting the latest program the top one and I could not reject the Auto Renew during purchases. I used the chat to talk to their people and after getting the second person they wanted all my personal information and wanted to call me and all I wanted was a simple answer to a simple question. they dont do that so I frustratingly closed the window and wrote this before I shut down the computer for a few days to get this garbage out of my mind. I use the computer less and less now because its just become A pain in the rear.
Id rather use my phone to do most of my online purchases just to avoid the scam artists. Far less there it seems and I only use amazon for the same reason.read more
