I wish I checked trust pilot before I bought from this 'company'. Ordered shoes on the 11th of March.No shoes, no tracking information, no response to online contact forms or direct email address. I've emailed asking for a refund, no response to that either. Now I can't get into my so-called account I created to check for any movement. It seems anyone they answer here are getting rinse and repeat, copy and paste answers. I just hope more people read these reviews before they get stung on Keenshoesirelands site. I'd planned to buy a pair for my brother, and I'm glad I didn't now. Buy elsewhere! Don't bother with another copy and paste reply 'Keenshoesireland'.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering shoes. If you are unhappy with the choice once you try them on,you have to pay the postage to send them all the way back to China in order to exchange for a different shoe. They will not do the exchange until receiving the shoes in China and the company is really not very encouraging. There is no refund unless they sent you the wrong shoe. I had ordered two pair so I'm blowing off $89.

Firstly, I have a pair of boots from Keen that I love and never had any issues, BUT when my child's boots cracked after just one month of wear the customer service totally let the company down.I also posted a review of the boots a month or so ago on the Keen site that never materialised and another one today that initially showed on the site then disappeared. I rely on reviews to help me choose items and this concerns me.

I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered 2 pairs of boots from Keen Ireland Outlet back in January 2021.I have still not received anything. Emailed on several occasions and had a couple of very vague and broken English emails received from what looks like someone from China. The website appears to look pukka but don’t be sucked in, it’s fake. I have now contacted my bank to flag up what I truly believe is a scam and to claim a refund. WARNING....STAY WELL CLEAR of this so called company unless you want to line some unscrupulous individuals with your hard earned cash!

Won't Stand Behind Quality of Their Product

I purchased a pair of KEEN Durand ll Mid WP hiking shoes online from "The Last Hunt". I purchasedthese particular shoes as they were as close to a previous pair of KEEN shoes (same size and style)I owned for 10 years. The first time I wore them on an easy 10 kilometer hike I developed a large blister on the heel of my LEFT foot only. This was peculiar since I never had a blister of any type from my first pair of Keens (exact same size) regardless of the distance of level of difficulty of the hike. I waited approximately 1 month for the blister to completely heal and then attempted another easy hike only to develop another larger blister (photo attached) in the exact same location on my left heel. I contacted KEEN directly, first by email and then by phone. I was informed in both cases that because I didn't purchase the shoes "directly" from KEEN I had no recourse. I found this policy flawed since the shoe was MADE BY KEEN, and only sold by the retailer. The people I spoke with at KEEN apologized for my pain and discomfort caused as a direct result of their poorly designed shoe, however advised me that KEEN "does not warranty for FIT or COMFORT". I also found this to be unusual since those are probably the two most important characteristics of any good footwear. The people at KEEN also advised that any refund or exchange would have to come from the retailer I purchased them from (The Last Hunt). I reached out to them via their website explaining everything aforementioned and ONLY received an email response advising me of their large call volume (2 weeks ago) and have received nothing since other than advertisements from them. The very top line of "The Last Hunt" website under "returns" starts with "All sales are final", so I hold out little hope that they would do the right thing here and offer an exchange or refund. The lesson learned here is , NEVER purchase anything made by KEEN. And NEVER purchase anything sold by The Last Hunt!

The boots may well be good but ive yet to recieve them after 5 weeks. I have since purchased from a UK supplier so will be sending them back when they do arrive.Im expecting the whole order/return process to take around 3 months at this rate. Communication was ok in the beggining however no responses after the 3 week mark. Once you have them I guess you cant cancel and who wants to wait 6 weeks to get their money back?! UPDATE; Julia in customer service emailed me back and was able to return the order to Holland before it arrived. She will cancel and refund the order immediately.
